Objective: Summary of the acupuncture meridian points application rule and usage and effective rehabilitation measures of exercise therapy in the use of acupuncture and exercise therapy for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke the past five years, provides acupuncture points selected group Fang and effective rehabilitation measures for Clinical Integrative Medicine rehabilitation treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods: Using computer and manual searching combination of 2009-2015 China Academic Journal VIP Database,Wangfang Database concerning the literature on acupuncture and exercise therapy’s intervention in shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke was collected, the retriev age limit setting from January 2009 to January 2015,the search term limit setting for "shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke" or "post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome" or " shoulder pain after stroke" or "post-stroke shoulder pain," interventions are set to "acupuncture and exercise therapy" or "Acupuncture and rehabilitation." After the meta analysis,the relevant literature of acupuncture and exercise therapy’s intervention for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke was statistically described, in order to find the compatibility law of acupoint selection and the characteristics of acupuncture usage and effective rehabilitation measures of exercise therapy after using acupuncture and exercise therapy’s intervention for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Results: This study search from 2009 to 2015 published acupuncture therapy literatures of shoulder hand syndrome clinical randomized controlled trials,and provide analysis is used Cochrane Collaboration’s Review Manager5.3.Finally 23 literatures into the Meta analysis, including three groups therapy, accumulative total cases 1657 example, the result shows: acupuncture and exercise therapy and exercise therapy alone clinical efficacy OR [95% CI] 5.46 [3.71,8.03], does not contain 1, P <0.05, the difference wastatistically significant; acupuncture and exercise therapy and exercise therapy alone after treatment FMA score OR [95% CI] 8.69 [6.78,10.60], does not contain 1, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant; acupuncture and exercise therapy and exercise therapy alone after treatment VAS scores OR [95% CI] to-1.62 [-2.10,-1.15], does not contain 1, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Acupuncture and exercise therapy combined intervention stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in clinical efficacy, reduce limb pain, improve limb shoulder motion is better than simple exercise therapy.
