Purpose: To observe the effect of auricular acupressure on hemorrhoid postoperative pain and peripheral venous blood of beta endorphin levels of change. Research out a more simple, safe, inexpensive, non-invasive, no side effect, analgesicmethod is easy to be accepted by patients after operation of hemorrhoids.Method:The choice of 2014 patients hospitalized patients in anorectal Department of the first hospital affiliated to Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine, 96 patients met the inclusion criteria of mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into blank group,(32 cases), control group(32 cases), the experimental group(32 cases).Three groups of patients in spinal anesthesia for mixed hemorrhoids external resection and internal ligation; in postoperative day to one week after operation the experimental group increased ear point pressing, without venous analgesia after operation of blankgroup, control group with postoperative intravenous analgesia, the treatment period, the metabolic level of the morning of surgery and postoperative detection of three time points of pain score and peripheral venous blood of beta endorphin and experimental group 72 h in peripheral venous blood beta endorphin. Finally, the analgesic effect of three groups were compared and calculated beta endorphin half-life.Result: The final selected 92 cases after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid patients, there is homogeneity in the baseline data, no significant difference. 1, respectively in three patients of group of morning, after 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, VAS scores and beta endorphinlevels were chi square test, the experimental group was significantly different from the other two groups. 2, through to the patients in experimental group were detected 72 h after ear point pressing, pressing after 30 minutes, 90 minutes, 150 minutes of peripheral venous blood level of beta endorphin, calculate the half-life time, cycle of thepreliminary conclusion acupressure.Conclusion:1, acupressure is a safe, convenient, and effective on mixed hemorrhoids postoperative analgesia. 2,Acupressure should be maintained at 2-3 hours at a time.
