Research On The Effect Of The Xin Ma Particles On The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma

ObjectiveThis research is to investigate the effect of the Xin Ma particles on the treatment of Cough Variant Asthma, And Through the points of TCM symptoms, visual analogue scale (VAS), the number of eosnophils, IgE and IL-6 in the blood, with a view of Chinese medicine for the treatment of CVA to provide an effective basis.Methods1. Would be consistent with the standard of 60 cases of patients with a simple random method, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each group. The treatment group basis for Western medicine in treatment group, The control group on the basis of additional treatment with Chinese medicine, treatment for 2 weeks. In the first treatment 1 day,3 days,7days and 2 weeks of application the points of TCM symptoms, visual analogue scale(VAS), the number of eosnophils, IgE and IL-6 in the blood to assess the patient, records of patients with score and to determine efficacy. Randomly throughout the study, single-blind, prospective clinical trials.2. All the data were analyzed by statistical soft spss 17, count data using the X2 test, measurement data using the t test, according to the statistics, analysis and evaluate the Effect of the Xin Ma Particles on the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma.Results1. After statistical analysis, two groups of patients with general information (gender,age composition), pre-treatment the points of TCM symptoms, visual analogue scale(VAS), the number of eosnophils, IgE and IL-6 in the blood was no significant difference, comparable.2. After treatment, the symptoms score of the two groups both decreased obviously(P<0.05), with statistical significance between the two groups (P <0.05). The total effective rate were 96.7%(29/30) in treatment group, and 60%(18/30) in control group, showing significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Serum eosnophils, IgE and IL-6 were decreased in the treatment group and control group after treatment with statistical significance (P< 0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion1. Xin Ma particles based on a joint Western medicine and Western medicine treatment of therapy on patients with both the role of symptom improvement2. Xin Ma particles based on a joint Western medicine therapy on the degree of symptom improvement in patients with the application of Western medicine is better than therapy, so the former was more helpful for symptom improving and quality of life improving.
