Lungs And Cough Capsule Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma Clinical Research

Objective Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of cough variant asthma and discuss its Clinical Thinking and mechanism via taking RunFeiKeChuan Capsule。Method from August 2007 to August 2010 at Dongzhimen Hospital clinic and hospital wards,85 patients,who met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, and TCM for vaginal injuries Hyperactivity of cough variant asthma(CVA), were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group (Observation group) 43 cases and western medicine treatment group (control group) 42 cases.The observation group applies RunFeiKeChuan capsule,5 capsules,three times daily; while the control group was the procaterol hydrochloride,25ug,Second daily,with the treatment for 14 days. Observe the syndrome efficacy, symptom score, pulmonary function provocation test, PD20-FEV1,IL-2,IL-6 and other indicators of change before and after treatment, and the results was used by SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.ResultsClinical syndromes:the significant rate of observation group was 74.5%, total effective rate was 95.3%;while the significant rate of the control group was 40.4%,total effective rate was 78.6%. Observation group is better than the control group. Master card cough effect:the significant rate of observation group was 58.1%,total effective rate was 88.4%;the significant rate of the control group was 40.5% and the total effective rate was 66.7%, the observation group is better than the control group.Comparison of individual symptom score,the results of cough and itchy throat of the observation group better than the control group;comparison with the degree of coughing that the observation between the observation group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05). Observation group and control group PD20-FEV1 levels were improved after treatment, but no significant difference between the two groups.Serum IL-2,IL-6 levels observed after treatment compared with before,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the control group after treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05),between the two groups,the result Was statistically significant (P<0.05),which said that the observation group significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: RunFeiKeChuan capsule can treat cough variant asthma, and have a good effect on improving clinical symptoms, and with a certain decrease on the airway hyperresponsiveness, and eliminating the role of inflammatory cytokines.
