Objective:To study and observe the therapeutic mechanism of Meishen granule on the climacteric syndrome and dyslipidemia, providing the pharmacodynamics basis.Methods:Wistar female rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, which were sham-operated group, osteoporosis model group, kunbaowan granule group, Meishen granule with high dose(10 g/kg), medium dose(5 g/kg) and low dose(2.5 g/kg) groups. In addition to the sham-operated group, other groups made mold removal of bilateral ovaries, vaginal smears showed no emotional cycle for model rats. Each dose group was given drug lavage accordingly Model group and control group was given distilled water, continuous intervention one month. (Abdominal abdominal aortic blood after anesthesia. Ovariectomized rats were used as the model for investigating the effect of Meishen granule on the index of the organ. Stripping the uterus、adrena、thymus and spleen to weigh. And HE Staining to observe uterus, vaginal tissue morphology.The concentration of E2, FSH, LH, SOD and IL-2 in serum were measured by competitive radio-immunological methods and the level of HDL-C、LDL-C、TC are measured.Results:Compered with the contract group,(1)Meishen capsule increase the contents of E2,SOD,IL-2 and decrease the contents of FSH, LH (P<0.05 or P<0.01);(2)Meishen granule also coud increase the level of HDL-C (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and decrease the leve of LDL-C and TC (.P<0.05 or P<0.01); (3) Meishen granule could increase the indexex of uterus、adrenal、thymus and spleen,and the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01); (4) Meishen granule could obviously control weight gain caused by ovariectomy in wistar rats. Reduction of weight in middle dose group showed significant difference compared to normal group,while in high group showed extremely significant(P<0.05); (5) Meishen granule also could rehabilitate atrophic reproductive organs and uterus remarkably by observig HE staining.Conclusion:Meishen granule can regulate beneficially the unbanlanced reproductive Endocrine-immue net-work, which is the phamacological basis of perimenopause syndrome and Meishen granule also can improve the serum lipid in ovariectomy rats. Providing experimental basis for clinical application and new perimenopause drugs development.
