Objective:There are many types of the etiology of acute pancreatitis, including biliary, alcoholic, hyperlipidemia, traumatic, idiopathic, etc.In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard, the incidence of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis (HLAP) have increased. This paper mainly analyzes the hyperlipidemia clinical features of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis. Methods:The object of study is patients with acute pancreatitis in September 2009-September 2012.Experimental group is the patients with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis, the control group is the patients with biliary actue pancreatitis(BAP) for the same period.Clinical variables included age, sex, hospitalization time, hospital blood triglyceride(TG),blood cholesterol(TC), blood glucose, blood calcium, blood amylase, urine amylase and the incidence of fatty liver and the recurrence rate.Records Ranson score in 48 h in hospitalization Balthazar CT grading, and record the concurrent number of patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Results:Cholesterol, blood calcium, average hospitalization days did not see obvious difference in the group of HLAP and BAP.The group of HLAP have male patients with 34 cases, accounting for 68%,The group of BAP male patients 103 cases, accounting for 48.8%.The average age of patients in HLAP group is 36.6±10.3 years,The average age of patients in BAP group is 52.9±11.2 years (P<0.05).The patients in HLAP group with blood triglycerides (14.60±5.36mmol/l) is significantly higher than BAP group (1.80±1.18mmol/l)(P<0.05).HLAP group of patients with blood sugar (12.78±4.73mmol/l) is significant higher than the BAP group (8.02±3.62mmol/l)(P<0.05).Patients in HLAP with blood amylase (635.42±279.13u/l) and urine amylase (2070.86±730.12u/l) was lower than that in BAP group with blood amylase (1221.60±307.12u/l) and urine amylase (4547.32 ±1080.50u/l).HLAP group patients (27cases,64%) with complicated fatty liver is higher than that of BAP group (36 cases,17%).9 cases is recurrence (18%)in HLAP patients,18 patients has a relapse is BAP group (8.5%)in the cured patients after one year. Ranson score in HLAP group is (2.58±1.21), Balthazar CT score in HLAP group is (2.79±1.08), Ranson score in BAP group is (2.79±1.08), Balthazar CT score in BAP group is(4.70±2.71),.For SAP, HLAP group there were 11 cases (22.0%), the BAP group there were 14 cases of SAP, accounting for 6.6%.Conclusion:Hyperlipidemia pancreatitis is closely related to triglycerides, used to appear mostly in young and middle-aged men, incidence increased year by year, easily complicated by diabetes and fatty liver and severe acute pancreatitis.not accompanied by a significant rise in blood and urine amylase, and easy to relapse, the Treatment of lower cholesterol is beneficial to control the disease and prevent recurrence.
