Objective:By new guidelines of acute pancreatitis,to compared the clinical with hyperlipidemia and biliary of acute pancreatitis in similarities and differences of clinic,to explored the clinical features of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis. Methods:A retrospective analysis406case of acute pancreatitis in October2010to October2013of the fifth affiliated hospital, xinjiang medical university.According to the etiology was divided into HLAP(42) and ABP(80).Compared the two group of cases difference in general information, relevant index of laboratory, complications, accompanied disease, illness severity, surgeries and prognosis, etc. Results:HLAP had some significant differences with ABP in age, sex,SAP hospitalization days, surgeries, relapse rate, accompanied diseases (obesity, fatty liver and diabetes),liver function index,C-reactive protein, systemic complications, blood amylase value and blood lipid level (P<0.05).While in the urine amylase, severity of disease.hospitalization days, complications and mortality rate had no obvious differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Compare with ABP,HLAP is given priority to with young men;blood TG>11.3mmol/L,the lipid turbidity;easy relapse and many associated with obesity, fatty liver and diabetes;systemic complications incidence is higher;SAP ratio is high and weight.Besides pancreatitis routine therapy, should be lipidlowing therapy and controlling BMI,TG level and blood sugar level.Cultivate a good diet and living habits to prevent relapse.Considering the AP according to clinical symptoms and signs, but blood amylase value is normal or slightly elevated, should continue to do blood lipid and pancreatic tissue CT examination,in order to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
