The Observation Of Uses And Efficacy Of The Radio Frequency(RF) Assisted Liposuction Technique

[Objective] By using RF effect on the adipose tissue and water to produce the deep thermal effect, destroy and dissolve the adipose tissue, can stimulate the diaphragmatic fatty tissue by heat, part of the fascia of the collagen fiber and collagen edge contract, making the skin and soft tissues contraction occurs. And through the postoperative follow-up observation of the change of the adipose tissue thickness, atrophy of skin and soft tissue,doctors and patients postoperative evaluation,to study the clinical application effect of RF assisted liposuction technique.[Methods] To 44 cases that involved the patients with loose skin and fatty tissue deposition, used the Israel Bodytite Radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus to performed the radiofrequency fat melting operation. Postoperative follow-up of 6 months,adopting the subjective evaluation and objective measurement to determine the effect and record the doctor and patients view on the treatment outcomes respectively;the fat melting effect can be assessed by using subcutaneous fatty measuring ruler to measure the subcutaneous fatty tissue density;the tissue tightening effect can be assessed by using the flexible ruler measure on the therapeutic area. The result with SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.[Results] Under the action of 1MHZ bipolar Radiofrequency, the therapeutic fatty area dissolved and sucked out. Local skin and soft tissue contraction, the adipose tissue gradually undergo metabolic destruction and apoptosis during treatment. Deep new collagen regenerate. Among 44 cases,3 patients lost to follow up and 41 patients come for normal follow up. Preoperative and Postoperative treatment de-fatting satisfaction 0-5 points: patients group 4.4 points, doctor group 4.67 points. Preoperative and postoperative treatment skin tightening satisfaction 0-5 points:patients group 4.47points, doctor group 4.65 points. Preoperative and postoperative treatment (face, neck, upper limbs, waist, abdomen, false accessory breast, back, lower limbs) fat thickness statistics shows significant difference(P<0.05). Preoperative and Postoperative treatment (face, neck, upper limb, waist, abdomen, false accessory breast, back, lower limbs) fat dimension statistics shows significant difference(P<0.05). No postoperative hematoma, seroma, skin burns, complications such as infection.The early stage have three cases of facial surgery show edges mild skew and obviously alleviate after 1 month treatment and 3 months later, complete resolution occurs.[Conclusion] Radiofrequency assisted liposuction can safely and effectively eliminate excess accumulation of fat and tighten the skin and subcutaneous tissue and reduce bleeding during operation by freezing the blood vessels, Reduce complications of conventional liposuction such as hematoma or seroma.All parts of the body contour can be adjust, also new, safe, minimally invasive, short duration of surgery, and rapid recovery operation.
