Application Of Bipolar Radio Frequency Combined With Negative Pressure Mode In Facial Lifting And Abdominal Tightening

Objectives:A self-half control experiment was used to observe the application of bipolar radiofrequency combined with negative pressure mode in facial lifting and abdominal tightening.Methods:A total of 22 subjects who met the inclusion criteria from March 2019 to November 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment side and the control side according to the random number table method.The treatment side was treated with Reaction therapy instrument for 4 times,while the control side was not treated.All patients were examined by three-dimensional data analysis and VISIA skin image analysis before each treatment and 4 weeks after the last treatment.Eight subjects who received abdominal treatment were divided into the treatment side and the control side on both sides of the abdomen.The treatment side was treated with Reaction therapeutic instrument for 4 times,while the control side was not treated.The abdominal circumference and body weight of all patients were measured before each treatment and 4 weeks after the last treatment.The above measurements were compared between the treatment side and the control side at the same time point,and the related adverse reactions during treatment and follow-up were recorded.Results:Three-dimensional image data analysis showed that there was no significant difference in eyebrow height between before treatment and 4 weeks after the last treatment,but there were significant differences in facial elevation,pouch and nasolabial groove(P&It;0.05).VISIA images showed that spots,pores and wrinkles on the treatment side were improved 4 weeks after the last treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients was 90%.On the abdominal treatment side,before treatment and 4 weeks after the last treatment,the average waist circumference of upper abdomen was 81.66±7.13cm before treatment,77.35±8.15cm after treatment,88.866cm±5.84cm of lower abdominal circumference before treatment,and 85.06±6.67cm after treatment.The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction of patients was 100 per cent.after treatment,the average waist circumference of the treatment side was 81.66±7.13cm,77.35±8.15cm,88.866cm and 85.067cm respectively.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the whole treatment.Conclusion:radiofrequency combined vacuum device therapeutic apparatus is effective and safe in improving facial and abdominal skin relaxation,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
