Medical service industry with the rapid development of social economy also presents a fast growth and market transition, the myth of the health care industry organization reform is going on, one of the high quality of the construction of the medical institution is the cultivation of the talent team and grow. How to improve the human resource construction work in relation to the competitiveness of the hospital professional skills as well as the future market, so scientific management organizational structure, improve employee job satisfaction has significant importance.This article provide decision evidence for scientific management,to take targeted on the basis of existing mature survey questionnaire design new questionnaire,in order to obtain the hospital can reflect the different levels of the influence factors of employee satisfaction. Further comparing the difference between the different levels of hospital staff job satisfaction and the statistical relationship between the related factors, to reasonably reform.In this paper the main research method is based on the cross-sectional survey research.Surver 8 hospitals including 3 level of first-class comprehensive hospital,2 hospital and 3 comprehensive community health service center.Covering 651 medical personnel a total of 614 effective questionnaires were taken back.Data analysis found that in the aspect of medical environment work confidence is higher than community hospital.Finally it is concluded that opinion and Suggestions at a few o’clock, to strengthen the construction of medical staff medical ethics, reasonable arrangement of the medical staff workload, provide safe and stable working environment, medical personnel working system of the scientific and rationalization, reasonable to improve treatment of medical staff, develop continuing education mechanism, care about employees’ physical and mental health, build positive publicity and media to strengthen cooperation.These data show that if the scheme to promote throughout the city this paper will be a certain extent,improve the medical staff job satisfaction,arouse th enthusiasm of their work and to provide customers with quality service.Today in an increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship,use this plan through the way of improving medical staff job satisfaction to ease the doctor-patient contradiction and promote social harmony.
