Reconstruction Of Coracoclavicular Ligament For The Treatment Of Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation Clinical Study On Arthroscopic

Objective: to observe the comparison the double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy and clavicular hook plate of two different surgical method for the clinical efficacy of fresh type TRockwood III acromioclavicular joint dislocation, the preliminary discussion on the double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy minimally invasive surgical treatment of fresh type Rockwood III acromioclavicular joint dislocation effect. Methods : from January 2010 to January 2014, randomly collected for treatment of the surgical treatment of 65 cases of patients with complete data, using clavicular hook plate with double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy type two kinds of different methods to treat fresh Rockwood III acromioclavicular joint dislocation, the double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy 35 cases(group A); Clavicular hook plate 30 cases(group B). By comparing the two groups, 65 patients underwent indexes and shoulder joint activity function and efficacy, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of operation program. Results: clavicular hook plate surgery and the double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy minimally invasive surgery two indicators in the time of surgery treatment and the shoulder joint activities have different function and treatment effect. Conclusion: by using the double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy 35 cases(group A), 30 cases of clavicular hook plate(group B) of two different surgical methods for treatment of patients with type of fresh Rockwood III acromioclavicular joint dislocation of comparative analysis, observation and late follow-up. According to the statistical results, we believe that all double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy indicators(group A) in the time of surgery and shoulder joint activity function and treatment effect with clavicular hook plate(group B). In operation period on indicators, double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy is better than that of clavicular hook plate group, in respect of shoulder joint activity function and effect, all double Endo Button plates under arthroscopy also group is better than that of clavicular hook plate.
