Clinical Efficacy Summary Of Infertility Treatment By Using Liangying Zhang’s Assisted Reproduction Series Prescription

Purpose:The treatment of infertility by using Liangying Zhang’s assisted reproduction series prescription(assisted reproduction prescription Ⅰ、Ⅱ) in order to explore clinical efficacy and academic thought of infertility treatment of Professor Zhang Liangying and Professor Miao Xiao Ling. Methods: 80 cases corresponding to diagnosis standards, took orally Liangying Zhang’s assisted reproduction series prescription(assisted reproduction prescription Ⅰ、Ⅱ)and after treatment 1-12 sessions, clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were statistically analyzed and serum hormone level changes, B ultrasonic monitoring follicular development and endometrium growth situation were compared before and after treatment.Results:Pregnancies after treatment: 24 cases of pregnancy(30%), not pregnancy 56 patients(70%), of which 22 cases of normal pregnancy(27.5%), 2 cases(2.5%) of abnormal pregnancy.Before and after treatment compared the syndromes and signs score:The average scoreof before treatment was15.98±6.18,after treatment was 4.35±3.98;before and after treatment compared with the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs show P<0.05, which has have a statistical significance.Before and after treatment compared the TCM syndrome integral score:The average score of before treatment was 12.4±4.5,after treatment was 3.33±2.72;before and after treatment compared with the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs show P<0.05, which has a statistical significance.The TCM syndrome effect described as: well-healed 3 cases(3.75%); markedly effective 48 cases(60%); effective 27 cases(33.75%); Invalid in 2 cases(2.5%); The total effective rate was 97.5%.Therapeutic effects described as: well-healed 31 cases(38.75%); markedly effective 29 cases(36.25%); effective 17 cases(21.25%); Invalid in 3 cases(3.75%); The total effective rate was 96.25%.Before and after treatment compared the largest follicle diameter show P<0.05.Elevated serum sex hormones Estradiol(E2) after treatment, there is differences between the comparison before and after the treatment show P < 0.05; After treatment to reduce serum levels of Testosterone(T), before and after treatment comparison shows P < 0.05;compared endometrial thickness show P<0.05, which have statistical significance,with statistical significance. Conclusion: It is certain clinical curative effect in treatment of infertility by using Liangying Zhang’s assisted reproduction series prescription(assisted reproduction prescription Ⅰ、Ⅱ).The study have shown that would help the pregnancy rate.clinical symptoms certain clinical curative effect and worthy of being widely applied in clinic and without obvious adverse reaction.
