Objective:To observe the influence of guinea pig psoriasis pathological Baker score,and the change of content of the proliferating cell nucleus antigen(PCNA), preliminarily discuss the mechanism for the treatment of psoriasis about Xiaoyin No.2; Through clinical observation of unusual type psoriasis(psoriasis Vulgaris) blood dryness Zheng in patients with curative effect, provide theoretical basis for the treatment of psoriasis blood dry permit to methods: Research methods: 1. Experimental Study 1.1 The influence of the guinea pig ear psoriasis sample pathological changes Baker score for Xiaoyin No.2. 1.2 The influence of PCNA content for Xiaoyin No.2. 2. Clinical ResearchThrough clinical randomized controlled trials, will choose the inclusion criteria of 60 Patients with blood dryness syndrome with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group(Xiaoyin No.2 grou P) and control grou P(Angelica Yin Zi group), 30 cases in each group.Course of 8 weeks, follow-up every 4 weeks. Respectively before treatment after 4 weeks, 8 weeks after treatment and follow-up observation PASI score and efficacy, corneous layer water content, the skin grease, the epidermal water loss(TEWL) and security, adverse reaction, recurrence rate, and so on. The results: 1. Experimental Results 1.1 Xiaoyin No.2 can improve histopathologic grading Baker psoriasis samples, compared with Angelica Yin Zi groups has no statistical significance(P > 0.05). 1.2 Xiaoyin No.2 can inhibit the expression of PCNA, reduce the onset of psoriasis. One dose group compared with Angelica Yin Zi group with statistical significance(P < 0.05). 2. Clinical Observations 2.1 After eight weeks of total effective treatment: Xiaoyin No.2 groups, the total effective rate was 82.14%, Angelica Yin Zi group, the total effective rate was 48.15%, between the two groups(P > 0.05),there was no statistical significance. 2.2 Xiaoyin No.2 can reduce patients’ PASI score, a statistical significance compared with before treatment(P < 0.05). 2.3 Xiaoyin No.2 can significantly improve psoriasis skin stratum corneum moisture content, the skin moisture loss(TWEL)(P<0.05), compared with Angelica Yin Zi group, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Xiaoyin No.2 effect on psoriasis skin grease in skin lesions without treatment, P > 0.05, there was no statistical significance. 2.4 Follow-up results: Xiaoyin No.2 treatment group, the recurrence rate was 20%, Angelica Yin Zi group recurrence rate was 33.33%, and compared between the two groups(P>0.05), there was no statistical significance. 2.5 Adverse events: Xiaoyin No.2 group has no adverse reactions occur. Conclusion: 1. Xiaoyin No.2 can significantly improve psoriasis pathological Baker rating of guinea pigs; 2. The expression of proliferating cell nucleus antigen(PCNA) can inhibited by Xiaoyin No.2; 3. Xiaoyin No.2 can reduce patients’ PASI score, significantly improve the skin barrier function in patients with psoriasis, is safe and effective.
