Experimental Study Of Xiaoyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Animal Model

Purpose: Through the study of Xiaoyin decoction’s effection on psoriasis animal model,to observe the changes of mouse tail scaled granular layer,aims to explore Xiaoyin decoctionon the mechanism and clinical effect of psoriasis,so as to better guide clinical medication.Method: Using the experimental mice of Kunming species as animal model,they weredivided into saline group,Xiaoyin decoction of low,medium and high dosegroup,FuFangQingDaiWan group and methotreate group.Put the FuFangQingDaiWan fortraditional chinese medicine to the positive control group and methotrexate for positivewestern medicine control group.Methotrexate group were administered by intraperiyonealinjection every other day,the other groups were administered daily by gavage.To obseve theeffect of Xiaoyin decoction on the formation of mouse tail granular layer after14days.Result: Traditional chinese medicine in each dosage group、positive control groupscompared with saline group,it is clear that the stratum granulosum cell numbers wereincreased(P<0.01),this has statistical significance.FuFangQingDaiWan compared withtraditonal chinese medicine medium and high dose groups(P<0.05,p<0.01),it indicate thatthey are better than FuFangQingDaiWan.Methotreate compared with high dose group andother groups(P<0.05,P<0.01),they have difference.This shows that Xiaoyin decoction canpromote the formation of mouse tail scale epidermis granular layer,and enhanced with theincrease of dose,but its role is not stronger than methotrexate.Xiaoyin decoction can improvepsoriasis dyskeratosis.Conclusion: Xiaoyin decoction can promote the formation of mouse tail scale epidermisgranular layer,and with the increase of dose the role are enhanced,it prompt that Xiaoyindecoction have a function to improve the epidermal parakeratosis of paoriatic,this is theeffective prescription of psoriatic treatment.
