| Objective: severe rectocele patients treated by different methods, in the short-term and long-term effects, defecation frequency, depth of rectocele, symptom score comparison, to observe and evaluate the treatment of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin combined with cupping therapy for severe rectocele constipation after operation the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of severe, play rectocele advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods: 60 patients eligible for severe rectocele constipation patients, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. After inspection, the three groups in age, duration, depth of rectocele, P >0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Group A as control group, using minimally invasive closed repair operation after three days of oral medicine(danggui20g, huangqi12 g, baizhu12 g, dangshen10 g, chenpi15 g, chaihu12 g, shengma6 g, maidong12 g, roucongrong15 g, yuliren10 g, chuanlianzi12 g, hehuanpi20 g, gancao9g), group B as the treatment group, on the basis of the control group combined with cupping therapy, diet. Mainly from the recent efficiency(7 days after treatment), long-term efficiency(3 months after treatment), defecation frequency, depth of rectocele, symptom score(before treatment, 7 days after treatment, 3 months after treatment were observed and compared between).Results:1 two groups of recent efficiency comparison In group A,20 cases of clinical cure, 3 cases were cured, effective 2 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 83.33%;In group B,24 cases of clinical cure, 2 cases were cured, effective 1 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%; compared to P>0.05, the two group,no significant difference. 2 two groups of long-term efficiency comparison In group A,10 cases of clinical cure, 6 cases markedly effective,effective 3 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total efficiency of 63.33%;In group B,21 cases of clinical cure, 3 cases were cured, effective 2 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 86.67%; the two group, P < 0.05, there was significant difference. 3 Comparison of defecation frequency B group before and after treatment with weekly frequency of defecation were(2.46 ±0.89),(6.46 ± 0.90) time. A group before and after treatment with weekly frequency of defecation were(2.47 ± 0.86),(4.45 ± 0.88) time. After treatment group 2 weekly frequency of defecation were compared with that before treatment in the same group increased(P < 0.05), and group B after treatment weekly defecation frequency was significantly higher than that of group A, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). 4 Comparison of anterior rectocele depth B group before and after treatment of rectocele depth were(36.81 ±2.54) mm,(4.26± 0.28) mm. A group before and after treatment of rectocele depth were(37.09±2.81) mm,(8.51±0.56) mm. After treatment group 2 rectum before the sudden depth were compared with that before treatment in the same group decreased(P < 0.05), and group B after treatment of rectum before the sudden depth decline was significantly lower than that of group A, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). 5 The symptoms of the two groups were compared Group A: before treatment was 13.40±0.93; 7 days after treatment was 4.23±0.90; 3 months after treatment was 4.50±0.82. Group B: before treatment was 13.80±0.76; 7 days after treatment was 4.07±0.83; 3 months after treatment was 3.17± 0.97. Comparison between groups: before treatment between the two groups, P >0.05, no significant difference. 7 days after treatment between the two groups, P >0.05, no significant difference. After treatment, 3 months in B group and A P <0.05 group, there was significant difference. Group comparison: the two groups 7 days after treatment, 3 months after treatment symptom scores were compared with those before treatment, P <0.05, there was significant difference.Conclusion:Through this research, we draw the following conclusions: 1 through the study, not only can make up for the disadvantages ofsingle operation therapy complications, but also provides a new thinkingof the disease treatment, applied research to promote the cupping method in rectocele in postoperative treatment. 2 Cupping therapy 2 we adopted has the advantages of rapid recovery of simple operation, safety, no pain, no trauma, good curative effect,economy, after the operation, reduce the patient’s pain and the economic burden. 3 surgery with Replenishing Qi and nourishing yin and cuppingcombined, can enhance the patient’s own immune system, to betterprevention effect for postoperative constipation, improve more long-term curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion. |
