We do regular follow-ups from 6 to 12 months, which averages8±4.42 months. There is no remarkable difference in gender and age from two groups.2. AOFAS scores:Closed reduction group scores from 81 to 100 points with an average of 91.27±5.04 points;Open reduction group scores from 81 to 98 points, with an average of 89.37±4.54 points. Two groups score does not exist significant difference after statistics processing (P>0.05).3.Rating from Standards for Diagnosis and Curative Effects of Chinese Medical Symptoms:Closed reduction group are cured in 26 cases and improved in 4 cases. The cure rate reaches 86.67%. Open reduction group are cured in 28 cases and improved in 2 cases. The cure rate reaches 93.33%. Two groups of cure rate does not exist significant differences (P> 0.05).4.Local soft tissue complications:closed reduction group 0 cases,5 cases of open reduction and internal fixation group local soft tissue complications was 16.67%, two groups of postoperative local soft tissue complications compared with statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Calcaneal Sanders II type fractures in closed reduction treatment and incision internal fixation treatment, two groups of treatment in 6 to 12 months follow-up period its function score and healing rate does not exist significant differences.But closed manual reduction treatment group compared with open reduction and internal fixation group, has obvious advantage in prevent local soft tissue complications occurred.
