Objective:To investigate the correlation between the CKD3-5 period patients’ cerebral vascular function change and TCM syndromes, distribution the rules of Chinese medicine syndromes for CKD with cerebral vascular diseases, to provide basis for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of CKD with cerebral vascular disease.Methods:103cases of CKD3-5 period non dialysis patients and non nephropathy groups 30 cases as the control group, the CKD diagnostic criteria in reference to the 2009 K/DIGO guidelines.Each index by the statistical analysis, to determine the factors of the change of cerebral vascular function. The patients’of CKD3-5 period TCM Syndromes deficiency is divided according to deficiency and standard empirical:deficiency divided into qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, yang deficiency of spleen kidney, liver kidney yin deficiency, yin deficiency of spleen kidney syndrome, both deficiency of yin and yang;Standard empirical divided into turbid dampness, damp heat, phlegm dampness, blood stasis four cards,and analysis the change of cerebral vascular function in CKD3-5 period patients together with the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes and each index correlation.Results:(1) Each groups of age, gender had no statistical difference (P>0.05).three groups of BUN,SCR,eGFR had statistical differences in CKD3,4,5 period(P<0.01); SUA in the three groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).(2)Three groups of cerebral vascular function score in CKD3,4,5 period compared with the control group had significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01).three groups of cerebral vascular function scores in CKD3,4,5 period were lower than the control group It prompted the risk of CKD’S erebrovascular events is higher than that of control group.(3) NGAL in CKD3,4,5 period had statistical differences in each groups (P<0.0 5); Cerebral vascular function score was negatively correlated with NGAL (P<0. 05).NGAL compared with eGFR,HB had negatively correlated(P<0.01).and co mpared with BUN,SCR,P had positively correlation (P<0.01),compared with P* CA was positively correlated(P<0.05).there were no correlation between NGAL and UMALB, CA,SUA (P>0.05). NGAL may predict the progress of chronic r enal failure and cerebral vascular diseases.(4) Cerebral vascular function score had negatively correlated with age (P<0.01); with BUN, P, UMALB had negatively correlated (P<0.05).it had no correlation between NGAL and HB, SCR, SUA, CA, P*CA,GFR(P>0.05).(5) Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome is the main syndrome in patients stage CKD3-5 period, followed by the yang deficiency of spleen kidney, yin deficiency of liver and kidney; and the deficiency appears to have no special with cerebrovascular function injury layered.In the empirical symptom, wet muddy syndrome is major in mild period of cerebral vascular injury,followed by damp heat syndrome or blood stasis syndrome;In moderate to severe cerebral vascular injury blood stasis is the most part.Blood stasis may throughout, and with the blood stasis aggravated the cerebrovascular function injury will further aggravate.Conclusion:l,Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome is the main syndrome in patients stage CKD3-5 period, followed by the yang deficiency of spleen kidney, yin deficiency of liver and kidney; and the deficiency appears to have no special with cerebrovascular function injury layered.In the empirical symptom, wet muddy syndrome is major in mild period of cerebral vascular injury,followed by damp heat syndrome or blood stasis syndrome;In moderate to severe cerebral vascular injury blood stasis is the most part.Blood stasis may throughout, and with the blood stasis aggravated the cerebrovascular function injury will further aggravate.2,The degree of Urinary micro albumin and hyperphosphatemia directly affect cerebral vascular function, it is more harmful than the blood uric acid and blood calcium.3,Serum NGAL and cerebral vascular function change related in chronic kidney disease patients, can be used as an index to reflect the degree of brain vascular diseases.
