The Study Of Chronic Heart Failure Character Of TCM Syndrome Factor

Objective:With the syndrome factor dialectical method, study the characteristic of chronic heart failure syndrome factor and find out the syndrome factor distribution characteristics of chronic heart failure in different periods, thus scientifically guide for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:Collecting the four methods of diagnostic information of 150 cases of chronic heart failure patients hospitalized in the Second Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to make syndrome factors dialectical, and to explore the NYHA cardiac functional grading syndrome factor and type of syndrome distribution, then find out of the characteristic chronic heart failure Syndrome factors of disease progression.Results:1, The chronic heart failure’s distribution characteristics of slip factors are:Cardiac function Ⅱ of disease location is mainly in the heat (92.31%), followed by liver (38.46%). Cardiac function Ⅲ of disease location are mainly in the heart (100%), lung (85.18%), kidney (70.37%) and spleen (66.67%), followed by liver (37.04%). Cardiac function Ⅳ Of disease location are mainly in the heart (100%), lung (90.91%), kidney (84.09%), spleen (75.00%), followed by mind (40.91%)2, The chronic heart failure’s distribution characteristics of disease syndrome factors are: Cardiac function Ⅱ disease syndrome factors are mainly Qi deficiency (86.54%), blood stasis (69.23%) and wet (61.54%), followed by Yang deficiency (34.62%).Cardiac function Ⅲ disease syndrome factors are mainly Qi deficiency (100%), blood stasis (96.30%), Yang deficiency (77.78%) and phlegm (68.52%), followed by wet (62.96%). Cardiac function IV disease syndrome factors are mainly Qi deficiency (100%), blood stasis (100%), Yang deficiency (93.18%), phlegm (84.09%), yin deficiency (77.27%), wet (77.27%) and blood deficiency (63.64%), followed by Qi Stagnation (50%) and water stop (50%). Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency, phlegm, Yin, qi stagnation, blood stasis become worse with the Cardiac function increased (P<0.05), but yin deficiency and wet don’t (P>0.05).3, The chronic heart failure’s type of syndrome distribution characteristics are:Cardiac function Ⅱ’s type of syndrome is majorly heart qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, followed by qi deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome. Cardiac function Ⅲ’s type of syndrome is majorly heart Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm syndrome, followed by heart lung Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm syndrome. Cardiac function Ⅳ’s types of syndrome are mainly heart and kidney yang deficiency, blood stasis of water stop syndrome and kidney water humiliate heart, turbid phlegm obstructing lung syndrome, followed by heart and lung Qi deficiency, kidney water stop syndrome.Conclusion:1, The chronic heart failure’s distribution characteristics of slip factors are:Cardiac function Ⅱ of disease location is mainly in the heat, followed by liver.
