Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Using retrospective analysis method,we explored the characteristics of chronic heart failure, and summarized professor Dong Bo’s academic thought of regulating and supplementing qi to treat chronic heart failure.Method:Through a retrospective study on the characteristics of TCM syndrome and the distribution of syndromes in 891 cases of chronic heart failure cases from 2009 to 2017,the age, sex, hospital number, address, discharge time, diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were used to establish the Excel number of patients with chronic heart failure.According to the database, through statistics and analysis of relevant data, the frequency and frequency of various syndrome types and syndromes appeared, and statistical analysis was carried out to explore the characteristics and changes of TCM pathogenesis of chronic heart failure, and to provide the basis for the clinical dialectical treatment of chronic heart failure. And summarize the ideas, methods and characteristics of the tutor’s clinical plea for chronic heart failure, and summarize and summarize the academic thoughts of Professor Dong Bo on the treatment of chronic heart failure.Result: 1.In the retrospective analysis, chronic heart failure syndrome can be divided into Qi deficiency,Qi Yin deficiency, phlegm, deficiency of Yang, the highest proportion of Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency was 46.55%,the lowest class, accounting for 13.80%;deficiency syndrome caused by deficiency or positive accounted for 84.68%,of which, due to pure deficiency deficiency accounted for 27.72%,56.96%.2.In the retrospective analysis, chronic heart failure can be divided into yang deficiency,Qi deficiency, blood stasis, yin deficiency, water drinking and phlegm. The highest proportion of water drinking is 47.49%,and the proportion of phlegm turbidity is the lowest 1.52%.3.In retrospective analysis, there was a correlation between the different syndromes, syndrome factors and the level of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. From the analysis of the sample data, the syndrome distribution: 2 grade of cardiac function in Qi Yin class to see,3 with Yang deficiency and Qi Yin class class 4 grade class to see,Yang see;syndrome distribution: 2 grade of cardiac function on Qi deficiency and blood stasis to see,3 level on Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Yang deficiency see,the 4 level in drinking water,Yang deficiency and blood stasis.Through retrospective study, the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure is Yang deficiency, blood stasis and water drinking. With the aggravation of the disease, the pathogenesis changes from Qi deficiency to Yang deficiency, and then to deficiency, excess and excess. Conclusion: 1.Through retrospective analysis,it is concluded that the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure is Yang deficiency and blood stasis, water deficiency,or deficiency. With the increase of cardiac function, the pathogenesis changes from Qi deficiency to Yang deficiency, and then to deficiency and excess.2.Professor Dong Bo thought that the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure was a basic disease machine for the function of Zong Qi.The basic pathogenesis was Yang deficiency, blood stasis and water drinking.3.Professor Dong Bo put forward a new method to treat chronic heart failure with the method of regulating qi and Qi to treat chronic heart failure with chronic heart failure.4.In the retrospective analysis, the characteristics of the pathogenesis provided the basis for the basic pathogenesis of the treatment of chronic heart failure by Professor Dong Bo in the treatment of chronic heart failure, and the regularity of the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure provided a basis for Professor Dong Bo’s tonic gas method.
