Objective:A randomized controlled study was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of BuFeiYiHao recipe in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with lung qi deficiency syndrome in improving clinical symptoms, delaying the deterioration of lung function and improving serum CC16.Method:In this study,66 patients with stable COPD with lung qi deficiency syndrome who met the criteria for case selection were included.According to the design scheme of clinical randomized controlled trial,33 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by the random number table method in SPSS 20.0 statistical software according to the principle of randomization. The treatment group took BuFeiYiHao recipe, and the decoction was decocted with standard operating procedure(SOP)of decocting machine in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of our hospital. The decoction was taken orally 1 dose per day,200 ml each time, and taken warm for half an hour after meals in the morning and evening.Control group was treated by stable COPD therapy according to the GOLD(2017),specific solutions: GOLD belongs to A group of patients inhale Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol,1 press each time,2 press when necessary, use as needed, with no more than 8~12 press within 24 hours,B group of patients with regular inhaled Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,18?g each time,18?g a day. After 4 weeks, the changes of cough, expectoration, wheezing, shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating and CAT score, lung function and serum CC16 were observed, and the changes of cold susceptibility in the TCM syndromes were observed after 5 months of follow-up.Results: 1.The Clinical effective rate of BuFeiYiHao recipe in the treatment of stable COPD with lung qi deficiency syndrome was 90.60%,while that of the control group was 81.82%.The Clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group, cough, wheezing, shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating and susceptibility to cold were significantly improved(P<0.01),and expectoration symptoms were improved(P < 0.05).Cough,expectoration,wheezing and shortness of breath were significantly improved in the control group(P < 0.01),susceptibility to cold was improved(P < 0.05),but spontaneous sweating was not improved(P > 0.05).The efficacy of cough, sputum cough and wheezing was similar between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)in terms of shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating and susceptibility to colds.2.CAT scores of both groups were significantly improved, and the efficacy was similar(P > 0.05).3.FEV1% pred and FEV1/FVC were not improved in the two groups(P > 0.05).4.CC16 was increased in the treatment group after treatment(P > 0.05),while CC16 was not significantly increased in the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The overall clinical efficacy of BuFeiYiHao recipe in the treatment of stable COPD with lung qi deficiency syndrome is superior to the conventional treatment of western medicine.2.BuFeiYiHao recipe can improve the clinical symptoms of stable COPD patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome and improve the quality of life, especially in the symptoms of lung qi deficiency syndrome such as shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating and susceptibility to cold.3.BuFeiYiHao recipe can alleviate airway inflammation(serum CC16)in stable COPD patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome, and play a role in airway protection.4.The early intervention of BuFeiYiHao recipe on stable COPD patients with lung qi deficiency syndrome can bring clinical benefits to the patients, which has the value of promotion.
