Clinical Observation Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Type With Knee Arthritis Treatment Equipment

Objection:To observe therapeutic effect of blood stagnation type of knee osteoarthritis treated by knee arthritis treatment equipment.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 patients of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.2 sets all oral Glucosamine hydrochloride capsules,240 mg each time,3 times a day. Simultaneously, treatment group wearing knee arthritis therapeutic equipment,2 times a day, each time for 30 minutes and control group treated with TDP irradiation.2 sets all take 10 days as one treatment period, and two periods altogether. Beford and after the courses, including 6 months after treatment, record each patient’s symptoms improved conditions respectively. Based on the collection of data, and using SSPS18.0 statistical analysis software for data processing. According to the result analysis, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:Observations show that two methods of treatment all can improve symptoms for the patients:Treatment group was clinically controlled in 5 cases,11 cases markedly effective, effective 13 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total effective rate was 96.67%. Control group was clinically controlled in 2 cases,7 cases markedly effective, effective 16 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total effective rate was 86.67%.Compared with control group, the total effective rate of treatment group had statistical significance (P<0.05).Compared with the end of treatment,symptom scores of Control group was significantly elevated during follow-up (P <0.05),but the treatment group had no significant change (P> 0.05).In conclusion, symptoms of control group aggravated from the end of treatment to follow-up time. However, treatment group had no significant aggravated.Conclusion:The curative effect of knee arthritis treatment equipment is superior to the treatment by TDP irradiation.
