Clinical Study Of The Ziji Oil Promote ShiReXiaZhu Type Anal Fistula Postoperative Wound Healing

Objects:The syudy through by the Anal fistula of high and a single pipeline postoperative treated with ziji oil with only with Petroleum jelly.To discuss the curative effect of the ziji oil promote ShiReXiaZhu type anal fistula postoperative through by observe the two groups in the Wound pain、the wound drainage and the healing rate of wound before and after treatment.Through this clinical study to Shows that ziji oil lotion is effective to reduce the Wound drainage, ease the Wound pain,promote wound healing and To shorten the wound healing time.Methods:This clinical study of 60 patients of the Anal fistula of high and a single pipeline were all from the Anorectal patient in Fujian Provincial Second People’s Hospital.We equally divided the 60 patients into ziji oil lotion treatment and tread with only by etroleum jelly.Men is 37,women is 23,age is from 18 to 60 Patiens all to do high anal fistula incision-thread-drawing procedure.The treatment group treated wih ziji oil lotion and the control group treated wih Petroleum jelly in the first day after surgery,To observe the Wound pain and Wound drainage in Before the treatmen、The third day、the 7th days and The 10th day, the healing rate of treated for 21 days and 28days.The total curative effect in the 35th day;All data were analysised by statistical software SPSS 18.0.Results:Beafore the treatment two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the gender、the age、the Course of the disease、the Wound pain、the Wound drainage and The wound area.1.The Wound drainage:two groups in the treatment have significant difference (P< 0.05) in the third day、the 7 days and The 10th day, so the treatment group is more better than the control group in the Wound pain and the Wound drainage.2.The Wound pain:two groups in the treatment have significant difference (P< 0.05) in the third day、the 7 days and The 10th day, so the treatment group is more better than the control group in the Wound pain and the Wound drainage.3.The healing rate of Wound:two groups in the treatment have significant difference (P< 0.05) in the 21th day and the 28th day after treatment for the healing rate of Wound; So the treatment group is more effective than the the control group to promote wound healing and to reduce the wound area.4.The total curative effec in the 35th day:In the 35th day after treatment, The healing rate of Wound of the control group is 83.33%,the treatment group is 96.67%,two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05) in the healing rate of Wound in the 35th day after treatment. 5. The time of wound healing:The time of wound healing of the control group is 32.00±4.14 day,the treatment group is 28.16±3.18 day,two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05) in the time of wound healing,so the treatment group is more effective than the the control group to promote wound healing.Conclusion:The treatment group is more effective than the the control group to reduce the the Anal fistula of high and a single pipeline postoperative complications and promote wound healing.So this study Shows that ziji oil lotion is effective to reduce the Wound drainage, ease the Wound pain than to promote wound healing and no obvious side effects, better security, this is worth to promot.
