Indictor system is the foundation and precondition of evaluation. In order to establish a indictor system which can be used in the evaluation of military hospital medical service Informationization level. In the theory aspect, it not only can exploit the research area of military hospital medical service, but also can enrich the theory and method of medical service Informationization, and pave the road to further research. As the saying goes offering a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas. In practice aspect, by evaluating the medical service informationization level of military hospital, it can provide the scientific and quantitative basis for the construction and management. By bring the orientation and promotion effective of the evaluation into play, it also can accelerate the medical service informationization level of military hospital. At last, it can enhance validity and veracity of the information construction of military hospital, by bring the consultation and diagnoses effective of IT expert’s into play.By useing Delphi method to filtrate index items, improved the AHP method and applied it in confirming weights of the index system, the study established a double deck index system which can be used for health service informationization evaluation of military hospital.The system has 7 first-level items and 28 second-level items. The improved AHP method which can avoid some disadvantage of traditional AHP method is easy to calculate and have preferable precision, so it can be exercised in computer process. Therefore, the improvement of AHP method not only raised the efficiency of the research, but also ensured the validity and saved the resources. During the process of using the indictor system, this study adopted questionnaire survey and spot investigation to investigate 5 military hospital of X military area, and obtained the data. Then this study improved the radar chart method and unifies it with the multilevel grey evaluation method to analysis the data. Finally, the study got the qualitative and quota result of those hospital.Through this investigation, it can draw a conclusion that the medical service informationization construction of these military hospital in X military area has made the remarkable achievement, but there are some insufficiency in information awareness.(1)The query based on existing literature research, defining the military hospital informatization level evaluation, and analysis of the constituent elements of concrete, constructing evaluation index system of discussion.(2)After two rounds of expert consultation, this paper determines the index of seven class 21 secondary index and 47 three-level index, formed with characteristic of military hospital informatization level evaluation index system, specific weight at the same time.(3) Using the index system of a certain military region four hospitals in empirical research, the empirical results, after again in interviews, comparative index system of evaluation result and the reality condition of informatization level of hospital. Found that the empirical results consistent with the results of interviews, the hospital informatization level in addition to a hospital between the good, the other three between the good. And 4 hospitals in the aspect of information security and system management and system mechanism is weaker.(4) According to the evaluation index system of the empirical results, this paper proposed in view of the military hospital informationization existence question, and improving Suggestions. And the lack of study in this paper are discussed.Taken together, based on the military hospital information level as the research object, Li Ti is new, and has the theoretical and empirical combination, the conclusion has good reference value. Although informationization evaluation research began as early as in the last century 60 s, domestic research on this aspect is also carried out a lot. However, most of these studies focused on the national informatization, informatization, enterprises and efficient information, etc. In terms of the literature, few studies related to hospital informatization level evaluation, and research on military hospital informatization level evaluation less.
