| Objective:A certain amount of research and analysis on current situation of China’s hospital informationization construction, making informationization construction of The first people’s Hospital of Kunshan as an example, to identify the existing problems and make recommendations to promote better development of hospital informationization construction, so that the masses can get more standardized and more convenient medical services.Method:By using the methods of literature research, case study, surveys, data analysis and etc., to expatiate the definition of informationization, hospital informationization, and some other related nouns; system comb the research results of hospital informationization and hospital information system construction at home and abroad. Taking the existing informationization theory as guidance to research the current situation of China’s hospital informationization, making informationization construction of The first people’s Hospital of Kunshan as an example, analyzing the existing problems and make relevant recommendations.Result:With the growing popularity of IT applications, our hospital informationization infrastructure has improved and strengthened, the institutions and laws of informationization work started, the team of informationization technology qualified personnel has gradually grown, informationization has become the important support for the health management and to serve any business work. Our hospital informationization construction is inline with the international standards in the application field of top end information technology, but the overall level still has a certain gap with the developed countries.Through the survey about the barrier factors of The first people’s Hospital of Kunshan’s informationization construction, we found that the effects of the top5barrier factors(the number of selecting larger effects+the number of selecting largest effects/total number*100%) are lack of compound talents in information department(85%),the proportion of investment is not balanced, industiy standards lack and lag, lack of data sharing and integration platform (71.7%), too dependent on suppliers (68.3%), failing to make a scientific and effective long-term planning (65%) and staff’s informatization knowledge is not uniform (62.5%).So there are many problems on management and knowledge, development planning, capital investment proportion, talent cultivation, data integration and so on. At the same time, the hospital informationization construction is also affected by the industry standard, suppliers and other factors. It is recommended that can be improved and strengthened from the existing problems in seven aspects.Conclusion:In view of the existing problems in the informationization construction survey of The first people’s Hospital of Kunshan,During the process of informationization construction in the future, it is hoped that through unified cognition, paying attention to management, making a scientific and long-term development planning, equilibrium capital investment scale, strengthening the talent team construction, establishment of data-exchange platform, strengthening the cooperation and exchange with suppliers and improving the standardization system measures to ensure the smooth progress of hospital information construction. |
