In animal studies, SPF adult healthy kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Blank control group, the Xuan Huang cream group, the rivanol group, Kang Huier group. To observe the adverse reaction of drugs, and four kinds of treated mice acid burn repair in pathological changes and the residual area of the wound.Resultclinical research, to observe the treatment group and the control group on postoperative day 3, 7 days, 14 days, in contrast, pain level of treatment group decreased significantly(p < 0.05);Exudate of the treatment group and the control group on postoperative day 3, 7 days, significant differences compared with the two groups, exudate of the treatment group is less(p < 0.05);And there was no significant difference in 14 days(p > 0.05);Bleeding on postoperative day 3, 14 days, the treatment group and the control group, in contrast, no significant difference(p > 0.05), and 7 days after surgery, Bleeding of two groups have significant difference(p < 0.05).The treatment group, on the anal fistula inner orifice healing time and anal fistula outer orifice healing time, comparing with the control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group. Follow-up of 3 months no recurrence, no complications such as anal incontinence, anal stenosis. In experimental research, the Xuan Huang cream with Kang Huier group compared to the role of speed is slower, anti-infection effect is a bit poor in the early stage, but the overall promoting effect is better than that of Kang Huier healing tissue. Observed the pathological tissue slice, xuan yellow cream compared with other three groups, short duration of inflammation, capillaries and new small artery appeared earlier. In mice traumatic wound, wound residue percentage area of statistical analysis, the 11 th day, 22 day after building, Xuan Huang cream and Kang Huier group wound residual area of no significant difference(P > 0.05), the Xuan Huang cream group and the wounds of the residual area, Kang Huier group were less than blank group and rivanol group(P < 0.05).The 30 th day after building, residual wound area of Xuan Huang cream is less than wound residual area of Kang Huier group,blank group, and the rivanol group(P < 0.01).ConclusionIllustrate the Xuan Huang cream compared with Kang Huier, work is slow, but the overall promoting effect is better than that of Kang Huier in healing tissue.The Xuan Huang cream wound area reduction and promote tissue regeneration is good. Xuan Huang cream: the side effects of some mouse are the hair removal around wound, with varying degrees of sleepiness. Through clinical research and animal experimental study confirmed that Xuan Huang thread hanging the line combined with dissection reduce the pain, short duration, well prognosis, etc. Clinical significance is obvious.We can promote the use of this kind of treatment.
