In our country, most of the ethnic regions are undeveloped areas, there are many problems exist in their human resources management for hospitals, because hospitals are unable to retain the staff working for a stable and long time in ethnic areas; most hospitals are likely to invite the staff from the other places, but do not pay enough attention to these talents which they owned; How to get rid of vocational disadvantage in ethnic regions is a challenge for human resources management. For the ethnic regions hospital, the management of human resources faces many other problems; research on this issue is an urgent subject. In this paper, we want to investigate human resource management in ethnic regions hospitals, find the exits problems and give some advices to improve the human resource management. Some researchers shown that ethnic hospital is different from the developed areas in China, so they can’t copy the developed areas experience, they need to find a way to cultivate high level talent by themselves, investigate the human resource management is the best way to enhance and build ethnic area hospital. Our research wants to help them to strengthen ethnic regional hospital human resource management.
