ObjectiveAccording to the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine of coronary atherosclerosis parting distribution, analyze and compare the extent of hardening of the arteries, which risk factors had the physique, was the most prone to hardening of the arteries, to improve overall physical fitness level, so as to prevent diseases and slow the research purpose of disease development.MethodsCollecting 200 cases accord with four kinds of main TCM constitution type of coronary heart disease (qi deficiency, blood stasis, hot and humid, phlegm wet mass) of patients with coronary atherosclerosis, the coronary calcium score and physical type of relationship between statistical data analysis, to understand the relationship between the extent of coronary artery calcification and constitutional types; In the level of 200 cases of coronary artery calcification in patients with coronary artery sclerosis group three groups (mild, moderate, severe), the coronary heart disease risk factors (male, age, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia) for data analysis, understand the relationship between the degree of coronary artery calcificationResults1. In the research of the correlation between the degree of coronary atherosclerosis with 4 physique, the results pointed out that existed statistical significance in calcium score with different physique background (P<0.05)2. In the research of the correlation between physique of TCM (Blood stasis mass, Deficiency of mass, Phlegmy wet mass, Hot and humid mass), and the risks relating coronary atherosclerosis heart disease, it showed that gender and diabetes were not related with physical of TCM (P<0.05).3. In the research of the correlation between physique of TCM (Blood stasis mass, Deficiency of mass, Phlegmy wet mass, Hot and humid mass), and the risks relating coronary atherosclerosis heart disease, it showed that age, smoking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia were associated with physical of TCM (P<0.05).4. In the research of the relation between the degree of coronary atherosclerosis with Coronary heart disease risk factors, results showed that the relation between Coronary "heart disease risk factors and gender, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia had no statistical significance (P<0.05), which meaned gender, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia had no influence on the aggravation of Coronary atherosclerosis.Conclusion1. In the research of the correlation between the degree of coronary atherosclerosis with 4 physique, the results pointed out that existed associated factors between calcium score and physique of TCM.2. In the research of comparing different degree of coronary atherosclerosis in 4 physique of TCM (Blood stasis mass, Deficiency of mass, Phlegmy wet mass, Hot and humid mass), it showed that the coronary artery calcium score of blood stasis mass was the highest, followed by deficiency of mass, phlegmy wet mass, hot and humid mass.3. In the research of the correlation between physique of TCM. (Blood stasis mass, Deficiency of mass, Phlegmy wet mass, Hot and humid mass), and the risks relating coronary atherosclerosis heart disease, it showed that the patients of deficiency of mass were oldest in 4 physique of TCM, which meaned that elderly patients were more likely to incline to deficiency of mass; Smoking had a certain impact for four physique of TCM, and the results showed that Smoking may effect the the formation of Hot and humid mass; High blood pressure had a certain impact for four physique of TCM, and the results showed that High blood pressure may effect the formation of Deficiency of mass, Phlegmy wet mass; there existed some correlation between Hyperlipidemia and the formation of four physique of TCM, and the results showed that Hyperlipidemia may effect the formation of Blood stasis mass.4. Gender, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia had no influence on the aggravation of Coronary atherosclerosis.
