Acupuncture and massage less side effects, safe and reliable, and the combination in order to improve the curative effect to shorten period of treatment.Objective:Acupuncture used in the study of polycystic ovary syndrome, simply use acupuncture treatment, patients prone to fear. Massage therapy is pure natural green, no drug side effect, can dredge meridian, qi and activating blood, at the same time technique can relieve tension in patients with psychological treatment. Acupuncture and massage less side effects, safe and reliable, and the combination in order to improve the curative effect to shorten period of treatment.Methods:This study collected from Guang Dong hospital of department of gynaecology clinic and the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic conforms to the design of a total of 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, to adopt the method of massage therapy which is based on the cinnabar field can be divided into the first stage, the second phase, a total of 4 months, major observation of patients before and after the treatment period, hormone levels,luteinizing hormone (LH, FSH FSH and ratio between LH/FSH and testosterone T) and related syndromes, the basal body temperature,ovarian volume, and so on and so forth. SPSS19.0 software package is used to statistical analysis of the data comparison before and after treatment and two stage after treatment if there is a difference.Results:This experiment based on the theory of "cinnabar field" select use corresponding acupuncture point massage to treat, take its own before-and-after (first and second stages treatment, in which the first phase of the massage part is given priority to with "abdomen" area, for the purpose of filling kidney qi phlegm turbidity, the second phase the meridian of yang ming choose massage), comparing the methods of the results showed as follows:Menstruation situation:before treatment compared with two stage after treatment have obvious difference, two stage method is valid, the first phase of the method in improving the period and the volume effect is superior to the second stage of the method; And in improving the menstrual cycle has no difference between the two phases;2.
