Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combine With Auricular Point Sticking To Cure Spleen Deficiency Simple Obesity

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking therapy in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type of simple obesity.Methods:60 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type of simple obesity,who saw doctor in the outpatient department of our hospital from 2013.9 to2014.12,were randomly divided into acupuncture group,each 30 cases. The acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment in the diet and exercise intervention basis, taken Zhongwan, Tianshu, Zusanli, with(double), Liangqiu, Sanyinjiao, Hegu, Fenglong,Shuifen, Qihai, yinlingquan, Pishu, changing acupuncture point with syndrome.Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking group plus Auricular Plaster Therapy in acupuncture,choosing auricular spleen, stomach, take, endocrine, triple burner, sympathetic and lung, changing acupuncture point with syndrome. 10 times for 1 courses, treatment was maintained for 2 courses. Observed in patients with body mass index(BMI) to body fat percentage(F%), waist circumference(WC), hip circumference(HC), thigh circumference(THC) and other indicators before and after treatment,then statistical analysis.Results:1. After treatment of acupuncture group, the total efficiency was 80%, and after treatment of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking,the total effective rate was 83.33%, the total efficiency of two groups was not significant difference(P>0.05).2. Two groups of patients before treatment, BMI, F%, WC, HC, THC indicators consistent(P>0.05), was consistent; the two groups after treatment in patients with BMI, F%, WC, HC, THC indexes were reduced, compared with that before treatment,there was significant differences(P < 0.05); after treatment, F%, WC, THC have significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), while no significant difference in BMI, HC between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking therapy and acupuncture therapy in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type of obese patients were basically the same;2. Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking therapy was better than acupuncture therapy in reducing F%, WC, THC.
