| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of stroke sequelae of the clinical effect.Methods60 cases of blood stasis obstructing the collaterals is divided into:the treatment group (30 cases, with traditonal chinese medicine and western medicine) and the control group (30 cases, just with western medicine). Observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with curative effect, adverse reaction and safety. Compare the difference between two groups of effect before and after treatment.ResultsIn the improvement of pain, the effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, the rate of control group was 76%. In improving patients’ muscle strength and pain, numbness there was significant difference between two groups of patients before and after treatment. There were muscle tension no statistical significance (P>0.05)ConclusionShentong Zhuyu decoction on blood stasis obstructing the collaterals has good currative effection improving muscle strength and pain,Shentong Zhuyu decoction is Worthy of clinical promotioned. |
