The Clinical Observation On Shentong Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Swelling And Pain After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:Explore Shentong Zhuyu decoction treating sore after total knee arthroplasty, curative effect and treatment mechanism.Methods:Choice60patients with the treatment of unilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty in November2011to December2012in Fujian provincial hospital diagnosed with Knee Osteoarthritis patients. Postoperative3,5, and7days between the two groups, the VAS score difference was statistically difference (P<0.05), compared two groups of Mean rank, and the control group were greater than the combination group.2. Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined group has clinical curative effect better than conventional medicine control group after total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of swelling and pain.3. From safety indicators analysis, Shentong Zhuyu decoction has good safety in the treatment during the test process.There are no significant adverse reaction occurred.
