The Vitro And The Clinical Research Of Bingyanqing Ⅰ Against Influenza A Virus

ObjectiveThrough anti-influenza A virus in vitro ,screen of effective Chineseproprietary, named Bingyanqing I; Apply Bingyanqing I to treat influenza Avirus, respiratory infections, Observe clinical efficacy, lay the foundationfor the pharmacological treatment of influenza A.Experiment StudyTake the MDCK cell as the viral host, Determination of the BingyanqingI inhibit influenza A virus caused MDCK cells in lesions. And set Chinesemedicine control group Qingkailing injection and western medicine controlgroup ribavirin. Observe the toxicity of MDCK cells of the Bingyanqing I andQingkailing injection. Identify half of the toxic drug concentrations (TD₅₀)and the largest non-toxic concentrations (TD₀). Use Reed～Muench method tomeasure influenza A virus half suppression System concentrations (IC₅₀) of theBingyanqing I and Qingkailing injection, and measure Selection Index (SI=TD₅₀/IC₅₀). The Bingyanqing I in 1:108 dilution (equivalent to Health medicine15.0 mg/ml) reaches TD₅₀; in 1:324 dilution (equivalent to Health medicine5.0mg/ml) reaches TD₅₀ and IC₅₀, SI=3.0. The Qingkailing injection in 1:20.78dilution reaches TD₅₀; in 1:36 dilution reaches TD0; in 1:47.6 dilution reachesIC₅₀, SI=2.29. The ribavirin to the influenza virus A half inhibitoryconcentration IC₅₀=6.2μg/ml. The results indicate : the Bingyanqing I effectsthe cytopathic induced by influenza A virus to a certain extent, than theChinese medicine control group Qingkailing injection well, but the result isless than the western medicine control group.Clinic StudyObserve clinical of the Bingyanqing I treating Wen-toxin influenza.Compliance with the standards included in the positive entering the study, and select 60 patients. 60 patients are randomly assigned to the BingyanqingI group and control group ribavirin, each of the 30 cases, the differencesof two groups in terms of gender, age, severity level are not significant,statistical comparability (P＞0.05). Use the Bingyanqing I to treat Wen-toxininfluenza, and the total efficiency is 73.33%,the control group ribavirin is46.67%. Comparing the situation of fever, cough, blood improve of the twogroups, the Bingyanqing I group is well than control group ribavirin. Don'tfind toxic side effects in clinical observation. Clinical results suggest :the Bingyanqing I treats Wen-toxin influenza well.SummaryExperiments in vitro show that, the Bingyanqing I can inhibit cell diseasecaused by influenza A virus, it is better than the Chinese medicine controlgroup Qingkailing injection obviously, But it is not as great as the Westernmedicine control group ribavirin. In clinical observation, it is found thatBingyanqing I is better than control group ribavirin for treating Wen-toxininfluenza. It is suggested that the role of Chinese medicine against influenzavirus might be multi-faceted.
