Treatment time:treatment once a day, five times a course of treatment, After one course of curative effect ev aluation was carried out. According to the comprehensive rating scale and VAS score statistics, before and after treatment, the evaluation of clin ical curative effect between the two groups.Results:Before the two sets of data treatment generally (including gender, a ge, course of the disease) for statistical analysis. The results showed: Comparison between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups of patients before treatment the degree of headache, headache scale score, there is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), so the two groups of patients with baseline situatio n can be thought of basic consistent, comparable. Treatment group patients with TTH 2 cases were cured,24 cases o f were markedly effective, effective 3 cases,1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.7%; Control group patients with TTH 1 cases were cured,15 cases of pay off,6 cases effective,7 cases ineffective, t he total effective rate was 75.8%. Comparison between the efficient, betw een the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05). Conelusions:1. Dizzy pain needle for improving the efficacy of tension type heada che patients clinical symptoms is significantly.2. Through the comparison of before and after treatment in the two gr oups of headache and headache pain degree integral, dizzy pain needle com bined with acupoint injection of Ligustrazine can effectively relieve pat ients with headache degree, reduces the duration of headache and reduce h eadache attack frequency.3. Dizzy Pain needle Combined with Ligustrazine point injection for t he treatment of tension type headache is safe, non-toxic side effects,ch eap, the curative effect is reliable, worthy of clinical application.
