With the explosion of all medias, based on social relationships, the new media tools such as websites, microblog, and we-cha had constructed a different all-media context and a new pattern of public opinion. More citizens are engaged in the public affairs and crises through multi-media, expressing personal needs and their own views, influencing public opinion. For the fact that hospitals are closely related to the public interests, it becomes and has always been the focus of public opinions on the Internet. From Baby Xu’s case in Nanjing to Ba Mao Gate in Shenzhen, from doctor killing event in Wenling, Zhe Jiang to maternal death in Xiang Tan, Hu Nan, public opinion had invariably affected every development of the course of events, resulting in significant adverse effects to hospitals even the whole medical industry. Therefore, it is crucial to study how to respond on public opinions on hospital emergency events in a full media environment.Based on a full media background, this paper undertakes preliminary exploration of responses public opinions on hospital emergency events, which is the subject of this study. Major methodologies including case study and literature research are adopted to explore effective measures and mechanisms to deal with public opinion on hospital emergency events in a full media environment.This paper believes that due to existing disadvantages of cognitive thinking, operation mode, institutional building in hospitals, issues such as delay response, disposal mistakes, lack of skills, lack of mechanisms and other issues are prominent accordingly. Thus in responding to public opinion on hospital emergency events in a full media environment, we need to promote good social responsibility concept,promote information sharing and announcing, create more network channels for expressing public opinion,, play "opinion leaders" role and improve the network monitoring, early warning, disposal, rehabilitation mechanism on public opinions etc. It is expected to lead to good management, guide and use of the network public opinions, resolutions of conflict hospital events and crisis and the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
