ObjectiveThe purpose of this project is to evaluate the properties of the application of ultrasound elastography in breast masses, discussion of elasticity imaging techniques in clinical diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods81 breast masses of 40 patients were underwent CDFI and UE. Color Doppler ultrasound examination, check the corresponding lesion size, shape, motion and blood supply, and converted into elasticity imaging model, real time comparison, made of elastic score corresponding, formed a preliminary diagnosis; with the postoperative pathological results as golden standard, the comparative analysis of the two methods of the sensitivity of diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors the specificity, accuracy, using SPSS13.0 software, and the results were analyzed statistically.ResultWith the postoperative pathological results as golden standard. Pathology results: 62 benign lesions, including fibrolipoma 1, fibroadenoma 58, fibrocystic breast disease in 2, intraductal papilloma in 1; 19 malignant lesions, including 9 invasive ductal carcinoma, ductal carcinoma in 2, 3 medullary carcinomas, 3 mucinous adenocarcinoma, 2 papillary carcinoma. The sensitivity of elastic imaging and color Doppler examination were 84.2% and 73.7%, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); the specificity of elasticity imaging and color Doppler examination were 91.9% and 72.6%, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05); the accuracy of elastic imaging and color Doppler examination were 90.1% and 72.8%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionUltrasound elasticity imaging in diagnosis of breast cancer is superior to color Doppler ultrasound, provides a new method for the diagnosis of breast tumor, is helpful to the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, is a scientific, reasonable, new technology of non invasive, simple.
