Objective:To assessment the value of color doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in the differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant nodules,in order to find a better method for early diagnosis of breast malignant tumors.Methods:Routine examination forbreast is first, in order to observe the lump location,number, size, internal echo,and then performing color doppler flow imaging to real time observe internal and surrounding bloodstream.In a addition, switching to the elasticity imaging, through the usage of real time dual mode to show the two-dimensional gray-scale image and elastic images respectively. After got a stable elastic image,figure.And then use the QLAB software to deal with elastic image,get the SR ratio lesions.Results:1.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity of evaluation of benign and malignant breast nodules by using color doppler flow imagingwere 79.22%、80.00%、78.31%. 2.The accuracy, sensitivity,specificityof evaluation of benign and malignant breast nodules by using the ultrasonic elastography scoring methodwere 83.12%、82.22%、84.38%. 3.The accuracy,sensitivity,Specificity of benign and malignant nodules by using measuring the strain ratio were 81.82% 、80.00%、84.38%. 4.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificityof evaluation of benign and malignant nodules by color doppler flow imaging combined with ultrasonic elastography score were 89.61%、93.33%、93.75%. 5.The data of AUC by usingcolor doppler flow imaging,elastography score,strain ratio, color doppler flow imaging combined with ultrasonic elastography score were 0.791,0.833,0.822,0.935 respectivly.Conclusions: Color doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasound elasticity has a differential diagnosis for breast nodules in term of tissue hardness and blood supply,which has higher accuracy for qualitative diagnosis of breast nodules than single method(CDFI,UE).The difference is statistically significant(P﹤0.05). |
