| OBJECTIVE:To investigate the diagnosis value of Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosing breast cancer and the relationship between breast mass ultrasonographic signs with its pathology and immunohistochemical indexes (ER, PR, HER-2, P53 and Ki-67). Aiming at providing reliable imaging evidence in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of breast cancer and further improving the application value of CDFI. Method; Sixty-one female patients with breast mass (31 were malignant,30 were benign tumor) who were collected during visits were analyzed from July 2013 to Febrary 2015. According to CDFI evaluate the mass classification, as well the postoperative pathological results and five immunohistochemical indicators were as control. Applicating statistical methods to analyze the accuracy of CDFI in diagnosis of breast cancer, and explore the relevance between ultrasonographic signs of breast cancer which diagnosed by CDFI with immunohistochemical indicators. Results:1.Hypervascular lesions with tortuous and central vessels, a resistive index (RI)>0.70 were significantly predictive of malignancy. 2.The expression of Ki-67 were positively correlated to penetrating vascular pattern(P<0.01), as well as the expression of P(P<0.05).3.Tumor size was positively correlated to the expression of Ki-67(P<0.05), while inversely correlated to that of ER(P<0.01).4.Tumor shape was remarkably negatively correlated to the expression of PR(P<0.01), while remarkably positively correlated to the expression of P53(P<0.01). The expression of P53 was obviouly positively correlated to the spicular signs(P<0.01).5.The correlation of lymphatic metastasis with expression of HER-2 (P<0.01)as well as Ki-67(P<0.05)was significantly positive. However, PR affected the lymphatic metastasis negatively(P<0.05). The expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated to the grade of bloodstream around and in the tumor(P<0.01)as well as the expression of "P"(P<0.05).6.Correlation of five immunohistochemical indicators: The expression of ER and PR were positively correlated, ER and Ki-67 were negatively correlated (P<0.05); The expression of HER-2 and PR were negatively correlated, HER-2 and P53, Ki-67 were positively correlated(P< 0.05).Conclusions:Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) have a wide use value. There have a certain correlation between malignant breast cancer signs and immunohistochemical five indicators (ER, PR, HER-2, P53 and Ki-67). The expression of each immunohistochemical indicators of breast cancer has relationship and these immunohistochemical indicators should be combined detected. |
