Objective:Through observing the changes of coagulation-related indicators (PLT, PT, TT, APTT, FBG, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C) at different stages, different degree of differentiation and met-astasis before treatment in gastric cancer patients, assess the effection of Tumor itself to body’s clotting function, providing a reference for the clinical treatment of cancer. Methods:Select 59 patients from the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University in June 2014 to October 2014 by pathological diagnosis gastric cancer, and 30 healthy people confirmed by pathology as control group during the same period.Observe the levels of PLT、TT、PT、 APTT、FBG、D-Dimer and FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C, to make statistical analysis through using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:1.Levels of PLT, PT, FBG, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C, D-dimer in gastric cancer patients were significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.05).2.The difference of levels of PLT, PT, TT, APTT, FIB, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C in gastric cancer patients at different ages and different gender groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).3.Levels of PLT, PT, FBG, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C in gastric cancer patients were correlated with TNM staging, the later stage, the more significant rise (P<0.05).4.Levels of PLT,APTT,FBG, FⅧ:C, FⅦ:C in gastric cancer patients were effected with tumor size. The level of group of maximum lesion diameter> 5cm was higher than that of the group of maximum diameter of the lesion≤5cm (P<0.05).5.Levels of FⅦ:C,FⅧ:C in poorly differentiated group were higher than that in well-differentiated group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); but there was no significant difference between differentiated and well-differentiated group (P> 0.05).6.Levels of PLT、PT、TT、APTT、FBG、D-dimer、FⅦ:C、FⅧ:C in gastric cancer patients were not significantly different (P> 0.05) between the different arrays of Ki-67-positive cells.7.Levels of PLT,D-dimer,FⅦ:C,FⅧ:C in gastric cancer patients was correlated with metastasis. The levels of PLT, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C in distant metastasis group were higher than the other groups, the levels of PLT, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C in group of Llymph node metastas were higher than those without metastasis and vascular metastasis group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).8.Levels of D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C in gastric cancer patients were positively correlated with TNM staging, metastasis and tumor size, while were negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation, and levels of APTT were negatively correlated with tumor size, while the level of FBG was positively correlated with tumor size, the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion:1.Increasing levels of PLT, PT, FBG, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C in plasma of gastric cancer patients, suggest the presence of varying degrees of hypercoagulable state in gastric cancer patients, clots; PT prolonged, ang the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding is prompted increased.2.Levels of PLT, PT, FBG, D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C in plasma of gastric cancer patients were affected by TNM stage, degree of differentiation, tumor size and metastasis. The level of PLT and TNM staging, metastasis and tumor size were positively correlated. Levels of D-dimer, FⅦ:C, FⅧ:C and TNM staging or metastasis were positively correlated, and the degree of differentiation and tumor size was negatively correlated.while the level of FBG was positively correlated with tumor size, the level of APTT was negatively correlated with tumor size.
