| Objective:Observe clinical curative effects and compare differences of combined classical prescription of Shuyu and Taohe Chengqi decoction in chronic renal failure with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome in the early and middle period.This result will provide evidences of efficacy and safety for the treatment.Method:This study selected 80 chronic renal failure patients with syndrome of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type as the research objects in the shanxi college of traditional Chinese medicine combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital from December 2016 to December 2017.There were 40 cases in the early and middle stages of chronic renal failure respectively,and these cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment of western medicine,including education,diet,drug control blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid,blood uric acid and other treatments.On the basis of routine treatment of western medicine,the treatment group was treated with combined classical prescription,and the control group was treated with Shenshuaining capsule.Before treatment,record the patient's general condition,including the information such as gender,age,course of the disease and before treatment and after 56 days treatment,observe of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral and test the information of renal function,hemoglobin,albumin.All the information will be analyzed using statistical methods.If any adverse reactions,records in a timely manner.Result:(1)Before treatment,in terms of gender structure,average age,course of the disease,TCM syndrome integral,renal function,hemoglobin,albumin contrast differences had no statistical significance in treatment group and control group(P>0.05).(2)The treatment group and control group in early stages of chronic renal failure effectiveness were 94.74% and 78.94% respectively,in middle stages of the chronic renal failure were 89.47% and 70.0%,in early and middle stages of the chronic renal failure were 92.11% and 74.36%.The two groups can improve the chronic renal failure comprehensive curative effect,and the treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of treatment,both the treatment group and the control group's TCM syndrome integration were significantly reduced in chronic renal failure(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and control group of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,cystatin C were significantly decreased in the early chronic renal failure(P<0.05),and serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).The treatment group and control group of serum creatinine decreased obviously in the middle of the chronic renal failure,urea nitrogen in treatment group significantly decreased(P<0.05),while cystatin C in the two groups has the declining trend,but no statistical significance(P>0.05).While serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).The treatment group and control group in the early and middle chronic renal failure serum creatinine decreased obviously,urea nitrogen and cystatin C in treatment group significantly decreased(P<0.05),and in treatment group serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were better than that of control group(P<0.05).(5)After 8 weeks of treatment,in the early and in the early-mid of the chronic renal failure hemoglobin in the treatment group and control group were obviously improved(P<0.05),but the change in the middle of the chronic renal failure has no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the two groups in chronic renal failure had no statistical difference(P >0.05).Conclusion: Shuyu and Taohe Chengqi decoction have good curative effect on chronic renal failure which can improve kidney function,and more significant effect on the early period specially. |
