Design Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Warehouse Management System Based On Internet Of Things

With the vigorous development of the Chinese medicine market demand and the continuous improvement of the quality management requirements of Chinese medicine,the management of Chinese medicine warehouse is developing irn a standardized and intelligent direction.The processing and production technology of Chinese herbal medicines has been continuously improved,making the stability requirements of Chinese herbal medicines for the storage environment more strict.The increase in storage materials in the warehouse has made the inventory management of Chinese herbal medicine warehouses increasingly complicated.The traditional methods based on manual management can no longer meet the requirements of modern Chinese medicine warehouse management,and the management methods of Chinese herbal medicine warehouses must become more information and intelligent.This paper analyzes the status quo of warehouse management of XXX Chinese Medicine Factory in Zhangzhou City.Based on the original equipment of warehouse,it combines the Internet of Things,database,LabVIEW and fuzzy control technology to design an intelligent Chinese medicine warehouse management system.The main work and innovations of the paper are:(1)Transfer the environment information of the warehouse collected by various sensors such as temperature and humidity and light intensity to the management platform for storage and real-time display.Through the platform,intelligent control and remote management of the warehouse environment can be realized.(2)The quadratic exponential smoothing prediction model optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm can be applied to the inventory forecast of Chinese herbal medicines,which can effectively predict the inventory of Chinese herbal medicines,and provide a more reliable pre-purchasing plan for warehouse managers for reference.The method can meet the daily needs of inventory procurement and improve the rationality of inventory management.(3)Using LabVIEW technology to establish a management platform for the Chinese herbal medicine warehouse,the collected data will be analyzed and processed through the LabVIEW management platform and displayed visually.Combine the SQL Server database to manage the information of the warehouse equipment and warehouse staff,and realize the remote management of the Chinese herbal medicine warehouse on the webpage and intelligent terminal through the web publishing function of LabVIEW and Android technology.Figure[39]table[16]reference[60]...
