Clinical Observation On Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Ceramic Moxibustion Pot Therapy For Cold-dampness Type Postpartum Lumbago

Objective: This study was to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with ceramic moxibustion pot therapy on cold-dampness type postpartum lumbago,and summed up the treatment rules,to compare the difference of curative effect of ceramic moxibustion pot therapy and ordinary cupping in the treatment of postpartum lumbago,so as to seek a new method for clinical treatment of cold-dampness type postpartum lumbago with obvious effect,various effects,safe and simple,and easy to be accepted by patients.Methods: In this study,eighty patients with cold-dampness type postpartum lumbago who were admitted to the acupuncture department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.Two groups were treated with acupuncture as the basic treatment,40 patients in the control group were treated with ordinary cupping,and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with ceramic moxibustion pot therapy.Both groups were treated with a 5-day course of treatment,and rested for 2 days after the end of one course of treatment,with statistical data after 3 courses of treatment,to observe the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,VAS pain scores and lumbar JOA scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment.Patients were followed up 3 months later.Results:1.Clinical efficacy The total effective rate was 100.00% in the treatment group and 87.50% in the control group,with statistically significant difference in efficacy(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score The TCM syndrome scores of the same group before and after treatment were compared,and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).3.VAS pain score The VAS pain scores of the same group before and after treatment were compared,and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant differences in VAS pain scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.Lumbar JOA score The lumbar JOA scores of the same group before and after treatment were compared,and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in lumbar JOA scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).5.Follow-up The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.50%,and that of the control group was 17.14%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with ceramic moxibustion pot therapy and acupuncture combined with ordinary cupping can both treat cold-dampness type postpartum lumbago.On the basis of ordinary acupuncture therapy,ceramic moxibustion pot therapy is more effective than ordinary cupping.2.Compared with acupuncture combined with ceramic moxibustion pot therapy and ordinary cupping,acupuncture combined with ceramic moxibustion pot therapy can more effectively relieve the TCM syndrome of cold-dampness type postpartum lumbago,reduce the VAS pain score,improve the JOA score of lumbar spine,and reduce the lumbar dysfunction.3.Compared with ordinary glass cup,ceramic moxibustion pot as a modern new type of pot,combines the characteristics of the cupping and moxibustion therapy,it has a better effect of dissipating cold and dispel dampness,warming yang to restore normal collateral.Besides,it has significant curative effect,feels comfortable,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
