Clinical Observation On Efficacy Of Chimuxiji Joint Low Intensity Ultrasound For Treating Early Metaphase Knee Osteoarhritis

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of chimuxiji washing combined with low intensity ultrasound treating the early metaphase knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Collectting 100 cases of the Wendengzhengu hospital from 2013.11 to 2014.1 0 according to the inclusion criteria the early metaphase knee osteoarthritis.According t o the random number table, the 100 cases were diverd into the treatment group and c ontrol group.There were 50 cases in each group. The treatment group were given chi muxiji washing with low intensity ultrasound treatment.The control group were given warm water with low intensity ultrasound treatment. The treatment group:soaking the gauze in optimum temperature of the water,then apply the gauze in knee joint,closeing the ultrasonic probe to the gauze,and starting treatment; Control group:useing warm water instead of red wood lotion.Two groups of patients were daily treated two times, e ach time 20mins,15days for 1 course,4 courses in total. Respectively, recording the t wo groups of patients’ knee joint pain degree and joint function with VAS pain score an d WOMAC score of knee function before treatment,2 courses of treatment, after 4 cou rses. End of the treatment A month later,Follow-up on two groups of patients,contrast and observe the therapeutic effect and stability of the of two groups。The data collect ed for statistical analysis.Results:1. After the two courses of treatment, four courses of treatment, the VAS pai n score and WOMAC joint function score of treatment group and control group were both better than before. There were statistically significant between the change of the treatment and control group preoperative and postoperative (P<0.05).2. At two courses of treatment and four period of treatment, the treatment group compared with control group,the VAS pain score and WOMAC joint function score of treatment group are le ss in the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),Showed that the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.3. One month after treatment, two groups of patients with VAS, WOMAC sco re comparison, treatment group score lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group curative effect is more stable tha n the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of chimuxiji washing combined with low intensity ul trasound treating the early metaphase knee osteoarthritis can obviously relieves pain sy mptoms, improves the function of knee joint.The treatment effect is clear, simple oper ation, no pain, worthy of clinical promotion.
