The Research Of The Chimuxiji Washing Combined With Intra-articular Injection Of PRP Treating Osteoarthritis Of The Knee In Middle And Elderly

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of chimuxiji washing combined with intra-articular injection of PRP treating osteoarthritis of the knee.To discuss the synergistic effect of the two.To explore a new method for the treatment of KOA.65 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in Wendeng Orthopaedic Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2016 to August 2016.A prospective clinical trial was performed on 65 patients with knee osteoarthritis.According to the case selection criteria for chimuxiji washing combined with intra-articular injection of PRP group(experimental group,33 cases)and intra-articular injection of PRP group(control group,32 cases).Interventions:the experimental group and the control group were treated with a total of 10 times two courses of PRP intra-articular injection,two treatment interval of 1 months.Each course of 5 pin,1 pin every 3 days.The experimental groups were treated with chimuxiji knee at the end of third days,two PRP injection treatment after washing.For 3 consecutive weeks.The control group was not chimuxiji.To observe the changes of the experimental group and the group of two groups of patients with knee joint pain and joint function in control,VAS pain score and WOMAC knee score and record the two groups of patients with knee joint pain and joint function,joint fluid extraction and content determination of IL-1,TNF-?content.The observation point set before treatment,treatment after the end of the three months and six months.Results:?The general situation,the degree of pain,knee function score,IL-1 and TNF-?content of the two groups of patients,statistical analysis showed no significant difference,which was comparable.?The end of the two course of treatment after three months and six months,the experimental group and control group VAS pain score and WOMAC joint function scores were lower than those before treatment,IL-1 and TNF-? content was decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of treatment have effect.?The end of the two course of treatment after three months and six months,compared with the control group,the experimental group VAS pain score and WOMAC the score of joint function decreased compared with the control group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),shows that the curative effect of experimental group is better than the control group;?Three months of the end of the two course of treatment,IL-1 and TNF-? content of patients between the groups was no significant difference in the 6 months after the end of treatment,the experimental group patients with IL-1,TNF-? content was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more stable than the control group.Conclusion:PRP has good curative effect for the treatment of KOA,chimuxiji washing combined with intra-articular injection of PRP of the synergistic effect is more obvious in three months and six months after the end of treatment,symptoms and joint function of patients than that of the control group showed greater improvement.Two groups of IL-1,TNF-? content in three months after treatment,showing no difference,but in the six months experimental group showed better efficacy.It is proved that the synergistic effect of the combination of chimuxiji and PRP injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.The combination of the two can improve the clinical symptoms,the knee joint function in the early stage,and the effect is lasting,the adverse reaction rate is low,the operation is simple,suitable for clinical development.
