Study Of The Effect Of There Different Surgical Approachs On Lacrimal Passage Obstruction

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of lacrimal dredge combined with intubation with and without endscopy of the lacrimal drainage system.Methods:142patient(161eyes)with lacrimal passage obstruction were randomly divided into three groups.Group A(47cases 55eyes) was treated with endscopy for lacrimal dredge combined with the microdrill,laser,Tobramycin and intubation.Group B(48case52eyes)was was treated with endscopy for lacrimal dredge combined with laser,Tobramycin and intubation.Group C(47cases 54eyes)treated with Tobramycin and intubation after lacrimal dredge.All groups used the same drugs before,in and after the operations.We began to syring the lacrimal with the mixture of Gentanmicin and saline every week after the operations and remove the lacrimal intubation after 3months.All patients were followed up after the operations for 6months.The efficacy between three groups for the treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction was analyzed.Result:The forth month postoperatively,the cure rate and effective rate of group A were90.91%, 98.18%.Group B were75.93%, 94.44%.Group C were 75.93%,94.44%.Comparing the effectiveness of three groups,difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).The eighth month postoperatively,the cure rate and effective rate of group A were 89.09%, 96.36%.Group B were88.46%, 94.23%.Group C were 66.67%,87.04%.Comparing the effectiveness of three groups,difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).The cure rates of group A and B are higher than group C.The cure rate of group A is equal with group B.Conclusion:The efficacy of lacrimal dredge combined with laser,microdrill,Tobramycin and intubation under endoscopy is significant better than only with Tobramycin and intubation.The efficacy of lacrimal dredge combined with the microdrill,Tobramycin and intubation under endoscopy is equal with laser,Tobramycin and intubation.
