Objective:To analyze the curative effect of combined endoscopy of lacrimal duct catheterization and endoscopic nasolacrimal sac anastomosis in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis, and to provide favorable information for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods:The data of 73 patients(73 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis complicated with lacrimal passage obstruction or stenosis were collected from June 2016 to June 2018 at the Ophthalmological Clinic of Yanbian University Affiliated Hospital.Group A(Combined endoscopy of lacrimal duct catheterization)36 cases(36 eyes),Among them,29 cases(29 eyes)were female,7 cases(7 eyes)were male,19 eyes were right eye,17 eyes were left eye,16 eyes were complicated with obstruction or stricture of lacrimal canaliculus,20 eyes were complicated with obstruction or stenosis of common lacrimal duct.A total of 14 eyes were treated with lacrimal duct irrigation and lacrimal duct exploration. The age of the patients was 30-75 years and the course of disease ranged from 6 months to 40 years.Group B 37 cases(37 eyes)with Endoscopic nasolacrimal sac anastomosis.Among them,28 cases(28 eyes)were female,9 cases(9 eyes)were male,20 eyes were right eye,17 eyes were left eye,16 eyes were complicated with obstruction or stricture of lacrimal canaliculus,21 eyes were complicated with obstruction or stricture of common lacrimal duct.A total of 15 eyes were treated with lacrimal passage irrigation and lacrimal duct exploration. The age of the patients was 35-77 years and the course of disease ranged from 8 months to 45 years. The patients were followed up for 6 months after the operation, and the patients were treated with the lacrimal passage for 3 months after the operation at the time of tube removaled, and the patients were treated with the lacrimal passage for 3 months after the tube removaled, and whether the operation, was effective after the operation was determined according to the result of the washing, and the postoperative effect was compared.Result:(1)3 months after operation(at the time of tube removaled):Group A:23 eyes(63.89%)were cured,8 eyes(22.22%)were improved,5 eyes(13.89%)were ineffective.Group B:30 eyes(81.08%)were cured,5 eyes(13.51%)improved,and 2 eyes(5.41%)were ineffective. There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)6 months after operation(3 months after tube removaled):In group A,18 eyes(50.00%)were cured,8 eyes(22.22%)improved,and 10 eyes(27.78%)were ineffective. In group B,29 eyes(78.38%)were cured,6 eyes(16.21%)improved,2 eyes(5.41%)were ineffective. There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference between group A at 3 months after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).(4)There was no significant difference between group B at 3 months after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Endoscopic nasolacrimal sac anastomosis is more reliable than Combined endoscopy of lacrimal duct catheterization in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.(2)Combined endoscopy of lacrimal duct catheterization can direct the obstruction of lacrimal passage, retain the inherent structure of lacrimal passage,Some patients are prone to recurrence after operation.Young patients who want to retain the proper anatomic structure of lacrimal duct should consider this operation first.
