Objective:To study the clinical effect of Loteprednol Etabonate Ophthalmic Suspensionc(LEOS)ombined with Lacrimal Laser and tube intubation in treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:72 cases(101 eyes)of lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with lacrimal laser and tube intubation,Measurement of the length of obstruction site during operation, and divided into two groups:the control group:the control group:30 cases(39eyes),of which blocking length?4mm 16eyes,Levofloxacin eye drops was given after surgery;the experimental group:42 cases(62 eyes),of which blocking length?4mm 21 eyes,Levofloxacin eye drops and LEOS were given after surgery. The lacrimal duct drainage tube was removed 3 months after surgery.1 month,3 months after surgery,1 month and3 months after removing the tube,to observe whether the patient has overflow tears symptoms, flushing Lacrimal duct is unobstructed; The efficiency and cure rate of the two groups were compared at 1 month,3 months after surgery,1 month and 3 months after the extubation,as well as the effect of the length of obstruction on the prognosis. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after 1 month and 3 months after surgery. The total effective rate was 95.2%and 96.8%in the experimental group 1 month and 3 months after extubation,The total effective rate was 89.7%and 84.6%in the control group1 month and 3 months after extubation,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the block length?4mm of the experimental group was 90.5%and the total effective rate of<4mm was 100%.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(?~2=7.593,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the blocking length?4mm of the control group was 66.8%,and the total effective rate of<4mm was 95.7%.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(?~2=24.644,P<0.05).Conclusions:1.LEOS's application can improve the success rate of lacrimal duct laser tube placement in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction.2.Blocking length is an important factor affecting the prognosis of lacrimal duct obstruction,The longer the length of obstruction, the worse the prognosis.
