EA Heart Meridian, Rat Serum Catecholamines Pericardium Meridian On Brain-heart Syndrome

Objective:Observe the middle cerebral artery occlusion model(MCAO) in the incidence of cerebrocardiac syndrome(CCS) rats, Compare the curative heart meridian, the pericardium meridian on CCS rats serum CK, CK-MB, cTnI and express differences in NE, E, For the curative heart meridian, the pericardium meridian provide experimental basis for treating CCS, and explore the differences of two meridian.Methods:According to the random number table method, randomly divived10as normal group,10were only as control group from60normal electrocardiogram (ECG) selection in SD rats, the middle cerebral artery occlusion is adopted to establish the model of rats, After the success of the replication model proceed detection of ECG immediatly, In ECG abnormal suggested that CCS occured, A total of40,40rats of CCS were randomly divided into model group, the heart meridian group, pericardium meridian group and lung meridian group, Each group of10. The electroacupuncture were gone at6h、24h、48h and72h, after cerebral ischemia for each rat; Using doubl eantioxidant sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method to detect the CK、CK-MB、cTnI、 NE、E serum concentrations.Results:1. In rats after MCAO model,58.0%had appeared abnormal ECG.2. Compared with normal group and control group, model group, the heart meridian group, pericardium meridian group and lung meridian group, the curative rats serum CK, CK-MB, cTnI levels were significantly increased(p<0.01); Compared with model group, the curative group after the heart meridian, pericardium and lung group rats serum CK, CK-MB, cTnI levels were significantly decreased(p<0.01), and the heart meridian group, the pericardium group is superior to the lung group(p<0.01), but the pericardium group by heart meridian group there was no statistically significant difference compared (p>0.05).3. Compared with normal group and control group, model group, the heart meridian group, pericardium meridian group and lung meridian group, the curative rats serum NE, E levels were significantly increased(p<0.01); Compared with model group, concentration of NE, E in serum in the model group、the heart meridian group、the pericardium group、the lung group were significantly higher, with significant difference statistically signif-icant(p<0.01), and the heart meridian group, the pericardium group is superior to the lung group(p<0.01), but the pericardium group by heart meridian group there was no statistically significant difference compared(p>0.05).Conclusion:1. In rats after MCAO model,58.0%had appeared abnormal ECG. tip secondary myocardial ischemic damage, brain and heart,encephalopathy lead to heart disease;2. After electroacupuncture for heart meridian and the pericardium meridian can reduce CCS rats increased CK, CK-MB, cTnI, and the effect in both is stronger than lung group, prompt cupping2acupuncture point can improve cardiac damage, and the effects ware the same.3. By electric acupuncture for heart meridian and pericardium meridian under the effect of treating cerebrocardiac syndrome has no obvious difference in the rat serum catecholamine.
