The Clinical Research About Zhuyuan Decoction Treating Flat Follicles Type Infertility With Renal Deficiency And Hepatic Stagnation

Objectives:This topic discusses the influence of Zhuyuan Decoction on flat follicles renal deficiency and hepatic stagnation type Infertility patients. And compared with the control group (CC oral+Chorionic Gonadotrophin(HCG) intramuscularly),by observing the patients of two groups improvement of the quality of follicular morphology, progesterone (P), Basal Body Temperature(BBT), endometrium thickness and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom integral, etc before and after treatment. To objectively evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical efficacy of Zhuyuan Decoction, verify its validity, to help assess the possibility of improving pregnancy rate, reducing trimester abortion rate and side effect,et.Methods:Select 60 cases of flat follicular type of follicular dysplasia, syndrome differentiation of TCM for Renal deficiency and hepatic stagnation of infertility patients,which were randomly divided into A, B groups (30 in each group). Group A:CC+ Zhuyuan Decoction oral; Group B:CC oral+HCG intramuscularly. Observed pre-treatment and post-treatment a menstrual cycle(mc), two me, three me in patients with follicular morphology quality of the degree of improvement of the two groups and the flat rate of follicle repeated.And observed two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment three me the pregnancy rate, abortion rate differences and the improvement of P,BBT, endometrium thickness, the level of efficacy of TCM symptoms.Results:1. After 3mc treatment,2 groups showed no significant differences in pregnancy and abortion rates(P> 0.05), group A pregnancy rate of 43.33%, abortion rate 10%, group B pregnancy rate of 30%, abortion rate 23.33%,suggesting that the effect of group A than group B.2. After treatment of lmc,2mc,3mc,2 groups had statistically significant before treatment and after treatment by comparison (P<0.05), with no significant difference between groups (P>0.05),group A to improve the quality of follicular morphology average 76.27% efficient, flat follicular repetition rate 64.09%, group B 67.92% average efficiency, repetition rate 64.84%, suggesting that the 2 groups can effectively improve the quality of follicular morphology,group A is better than group B.3. After 3mc treatment,2 groups can effectively improve the P, increased endometrium thickness, improve BBT situation and TCM symptom integral. Among them, in the P, BBT aspects, the 2 groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), no significant difference between groups after treatment (P>0.05), but the effective rate of group A was 76.67%,group B was 83.33%, suggesting that the group B curative effect is better.In terms of the endometrium, group A after treatment compared with before treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), group B with no significant differences before and after treatment (P>0.05),comparison between groups was significant difference (P<0.05), suggesting that the efficacy of group A was better than group B. In terms of TCM symptom integral,the 2 groups after treatment compared with before treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05), between groups after treatment was also had statistical significance (P 0.05), the effective rate of group A was 86.67%, Group B 23.33%, suggesting that the effect of group A was obviously better than group B.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of oral CC+Zhuyuan Decoction is better thanCC oral +HCG intramuscularly.
