The data were processed by SPSS Software Package(Version17.0).Descriptive Statistics, Spearman and Logistic Regression analysis were used. Results1.Totally 470 population meeting the inclusion criteria were investigated, only 458 questionnaires were qualified, so the effective collect rate was 97.44%.2.The mean of the pain intensity was 2.92±1.43, the mean score of the worst severe pain in the past 24 hours was 4.45±1.89; the mean of pain impact on patients was 3.73±2.08;the mean of patients’ satisfaction with pain was 4.54±0.66;the mean score of pain beliefs was 2.45±0.88.3.The predictors of the pain intensity included pain relief, gender, waiting time for analgesic, disease stage and strong opioids. The predictors of the pain interfere included replacing for another analgesic, pain relief, waiting time for analgesic and strong opioids. The predictors of the pain management satisfaction included pain relief, nurse’ attitude, request for changing analgesic, hospital level and PMI. The predictors of the pain beliefs included doctor’ and nurse’ attention on pain, pain relief and hospital level. Conclusions1.The score of pain intensity were in low level, the domain of pain interfere were in lower level, patients satisfied with pain management, and the pain faith was poor.2.One-way ANOVA and Logistic regression analysis results showed that the demographic data such as age and cancer stage; the pain management service factors such as nurse’ attitude and waiting time for analgesic and pain management therapy factor such as pain relief and pain management index were the impact of outcomes of cancer pain management.
