Objective:This paper is to explore the effect of dynamic pain assessment based on empowerment theory on the quality of pain management in patients with lung cancer surgery. Methods:Select 225 cases of patients with lung cancer surgery in the department 1 and 2 of Thoracic Surgery.First Hospital of Jilin University from March to September 2019 as the research object.75 cases of patients with Thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer from Mar 2019 to May 2019 who have received the postoperative pain management by Numeric Pain Intensity Scale(NRS)to assessing the pain are served as control group A.75 cases of patients with Thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer from May 2019 to Jul 2019 who have received the postoperative pain management by NRS and Functional Activity Score(FAS)to assessing the pain are served as the experiment group B.75 cases of patients with Thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer from Jul 2019 to Sep 2019 who have received the postoperative pain management by NRS and FAS based on empowerment theory to assessing the pain are pumped as the experiment group C.The effect of postoperative pain management quality have been appraised in the field of pain control status, the rate of analgesic treatment adjustment, early functional activity status after surgery, postoperative pain Self-Care Activities status and the indicators of pain management quality.Results:1.A total of 234 patients who met the exclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.During the experiment,9 patients met the rejection criteria and were rejected. The remaining total sample size was 225 and was included in the final statistical analysis. There were 75 patients in the control group A,75 patients in the experiment group B,75 patients in the experiment group C.2.There was no signicant difference among the three groups in age, gender, residence, education level and pathological typing.3.At 24 hours after operation, comparison of the intensity of rest and dynamic pain: The differences were tatistically significant(F=15.65,P<0.005;F=39.76,P<0.001)4.The comparison of four grades of FAS at 24 hours after operation: The differences in four grades of FAS were statistically significant(Z=26.35,P<0.001).5.The comparison of the early postoperative functional activities: the differences in the first time of ambulation, the first time of the anal exhaust, walking distance in 1-3 days after operation were statistically significant(F=45.52,P<0.001;F=9.32,P<0.001;F=7.17,P=0.001;F=9.38,P<0.001).6.The comparison of postoperative pain Self-Care Activities: The scores of postoperative pain Self-Care Activities in three groups were: 19.97±4.92 in group A,21.75±3.82 in group B,25.32±3.42 in group C.The difference was statistically significant(F=33.07,P<0.001).7.The comparison of postoperative pain management quality of three groups: There were statistically significant difference in the self-evaluation scores of the most severe pain, the lightest pain, and effect of pain on effective cough(F=82.43,P<0.001;F=9.13,P<0.001;F=28.18,P<0.001);There was statistically significant difference in the frequency of moderate and severe pain(F=27.41,P<0.001);The evaluation of the adequacy of information the patients received about postoperative pain was statistically significant difference(F=82.97,P<0.001);The satisfaction of the treatment of pain: The difference was statistically significant among three groups(F = 16.60,P < 0.001).Conclusion:1.The practice of dynamic pain assessment based on empowerment theory can reduce the degree of rest and dynamic pain, reduce the incidence of moderate and severe pain, and improve the quality of postoperative pain management.2.The practice of dynamic pain assessment based on empowerment theory can improve the development of early postoperative function and accelerate the recovery of patients.3.The practice of dynamic pain assessment based on empowerment theory can improve the situation of postoperative pain Self-Care Activities and improve patients' awareness of postoperative pain and promote patients to participate actively in postoperative pain management.4.The practice of dynamic pain assessment based on empowerment theory can improve patients' satisfaction in postoperative pain management.
